The Carbok

First time ever here and for the worst reason. Put our dog to sleep today and everywhere else was closed. He was 14 and went down hill fast. Everybody was great and kind. They put our minds at ease that we were doing the right thing and gave us the time we needed as a family. We will be going back here with our other dog as our normal vet. They were the bright spot in an otherwise crappy day.

Wow, words cant express how wonderful Tara and Karen are at this location. Our family cat of 13.5 years passed away at our home with our cat sitter while we were out of town. They are amazing and we have never received such stellar compassionate service. They spent time with us on the phone and were supportive during our visit. Once another pet comes along, we will definitely return. Thanks!

Staff is friendly, and I think genuinely care for the animals.. but I feel there is a lot of up selling and pressure from corporate to push services and products that are not necessary. Ive been with banfield for 10 years (In TN).. Im seriously thinking of dropping them... They are turning into a combo of a used car dealership mix with walmart.
