I have been a client (w/7 cats/dogs) for about 10 years now and absolutely LOVE this practice. Dr Morris, Dr Z and their staff are experienced, approachable & friendly. I have never had a negative feeling about them. They send you customized birthday cards of your animal on their birthday, you receive reminder cards and emails about upcoming care needed for your animals. They have an app for their practice where you can schedule appointments & request refills, and they stay open until 6pm & are open on Saturdays 8-12! Anytime you drop off your animal for a visit, the doctor personally calls you to discuss the visit. Dr Morris is fantastic. You get the feeling that she is a completely down to earth & a genuine person. She welcomes direct emails regarding your furry family. The front office staff (specifically Krissy) are great to work with. They always answer the phones within seconds. I have never had such consistently great customer service. If you want great care for your "kids" then Pouncey Tract Vet is a fantastic choice.

Without hesitation, I highly recommend Pouncey Tract Vet Hospital to anyone who wants dedicated, personal and friendly persons caring for your "family member". The fact that the facility is extremely clean, modern, and up to date is an added bonus to the MAIN DRAW... the staff and the vets themselves. My family have been taking our pets to Dr. Z for 30+ years and have always had the highest confidence in his skills and knowledge to properly handle ANY situation or need. His location has changed three times over the years... each time a bit further from where we live... but we would drive where ever necessary to maintain his services. I have also recommended other persons to this practice over the years, and each person has thanked me and remained under their care. I recommend Pouncey Tract Vet to you as well. You will never regret this choice!

Dr. Morris & staff are an amazing team! I rarely give a 5 star rating; however, their service, knowledge, and follow up are second to none... which is sufficient enough for me to leave a well earned 4 star rating! That said, Dr. Martins passion to help others & their pets couldnt be anymore transparent and thus the 5 star rating! Furthermore, from a customer comfort perspective, the set up throughout the office has a very clean, odor free, relaxing, & upscale appearance without passing on the expected associated costs to the ultimate consumer... as would most competitors! Awesome from every angle!!

I not only love bringing my pets here but they love to come. Lola my dog goes running in and loves to say hello to everyone and they welcome her. The facility is so clean and nice and new. But most importantly the staff are so competent and friendly. Dr. Z is the best! He takes his time with your pet and explains everything to you thoroughly. I completely trust everyone there. Pouncey Tract Vet Hospital is wonderful! I have taken my pets to Dr. Z for over 25 years and can only rave about him. He has provided excellent medical attention and care for my pets and has sympathetically watched me weep and mourn over their loss after having spent many loving years together. Dr. Morris is so amazing! She was compassionate and gentle with Gresham (who usually shakes the entire time at the vets office). Gresham did a great job and I think it had to do with how great Dr. Morris and the staff is. If you need a vet in the Glen Allen area shes the one to go to!
