Could not have asked for better!!!!!! From Lisa who took my initial phone call, and later greeted us when we arrived, to meeting and consulting with the Dr. The overnight technician/assistant, Crystal, who started her shift at midnight was incredible!!!! We dropped our dog off a little before 9 PM, therefore, did not get to meet Crystal face to face, but were informed she would be arriving shortly and would assist us if we called to check on Willy. My first call was at 2 AM, She was quick to answer the call ... with a smile! You can always get a feel for someone by the way they answer the phone. She was knowledgeable, compassionate, kind, and it put my mind at ease knowing she was looking after our pet. My second phone call was at 6:30 AM, again, Crystal was a pleasure to speak with. When we arrived at 7:30 AM to pick him up, we were personally greeted by Crystal. That same kind and compassionate voice on the phone was just as pleasant and genuine in person. She is wonderful at what she does!!!!!! We didnt have much time to make a decision to visit this clinic (as this was an emergency), but, we did call a few others. I am so happy we chose Animal Emergency Clinic of Fredericksburg. From that initial phone call to picking our little guy up this morning, we definitely made the right choice! Kudos guys, keep doing what your doing!!!!!!!

These veterinarians saved my dogs life. They gave her oxygen and then a blood transfusion and monitored her over night until she was stable. The next morning they called a specialist clinic and arranged for me to take her there for further treatment and diagnostics. The specialist told me they had done exactly the right things. I have read some of the other negative posts and I have to say this: THIS IS AN EMERGENCY CLINIC. Dont bring your pet here just so you dont have to take the day off work the next day. I have read reviews of people who were mad because they gave them cost estimates that seemed outrageous. If your dog is dying it is probably going to cost you some money. This place is set up to take care of very sick animals. The doctors have got to spend time with the sickest animals and monitor them very closely.

Took our dog here after he ingested something inedible and our regular vet was closed. Our dog has always been afraid of men and his personality was fitting for this visit with a male vet. The vet insisted that the dog was lethargic when he really was just scared. Then he told us he wouldve chosen the most expensive option of treatment for his dogs when we decided to go with the lower priced option because that was the best we could afford. But he said he has to follow our wishes as it is our dog. Other than that, the vet techs were very comforting for my dog and very nice, facility looks old fashioned but overall decent.

The entire staff took great care of our puppy. Our dog had parvo, was almost dying and made it through. The vets seem to really care about animals, not money. They just dont want to have to put an animal down. One of the vet techs even had her parents bring in their dog for a transfusion. They let you visit your animal while hes there and will give you updates if you call. Theyre also significantly cheaper than the other animal hospitals and will have someone there to check on your dog constantly. Our dog is now healthy, gaining weight, and acting like a puppy again. Im glad we went there.

Clearly only care about making sure they get paid since they wouldnt do a thing until they were sure the credit card would go through. Thankfully my issue was not so serious but others came in with more serious cases and still they did nothing but talk about the bill and how much this would cost versus this and hold on one minute while they get them the estimate, then they can talk about whats going to happen to your pet. Add to this the fact that the vet was very clearly afraid of my dog before he even touched her and Im going to make sure to never come here again, even in an emergency.

I can not say enough BAD things about this place!!! It was 10 mins before they closed that I brought my dying dog in and the vet and assistant just looked at me and said sorry we cant help you we close in 10 mins... are you serious? You should do what you can to help a dying animal!!!

Took my dog here when our primary vet was closed and this place is horrible! They made us pay $500 something upfront before they even touched my dog! They also injected fluid in his skin instead of a vein and cause a build up around his heart. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!

ONLY CARED ABOUT MONEY. My mom said they all they cared about was money and that they didnt seem to love animals very much. Our dog was very upset at this vet. He does great at Animal Wellness Center at Concord Farm and OK at Princess Anne Animal Hospital.

This place is a huge rip off, I have reason to believe that there is some kind of scam with some of the local veterinarians all they care about is money money money And to make it worse they have no idea what theyre talking about

These people tried to get me to keep running the same tests over and over with no reason to back it up. Truly disappointed. I got more information on my pet from my co-workers, thanks to them my pet is back to normal again.

Excellent care: The staffs were great, friendly and caring, my dogs and cats liked them. Doctor quickly diagnosed and saved my dying cat. Prices are very reasonable, I love to recommend them.
