I unfortunately had scratched my eye and was in agonizing pain. My regular doctor, that I had been seeing for years, S*. C*****s, could not make time to see me, even after I called numerous times. I suffered in pain for over 6 days, with it getting worse. I was on the verge of going to the hospital, when I decided to try Drs Newman and Blackstock. They recognized it was an emergency, immediately made an appointment and helped me. With three follow up appointments the next few days. I recommend them to everyone! Thank you so much!!

I needed to change providers due to an insurance change. Fortunately, they were listed as a provider for my new insurance. I was able to make an appointment online and got in quickly. Filling out all the paperwork online prior to my appointment made the visit more pleasant. Service was good and efficient. They handled my insurance without question and even made sure I got a rebate for my contact order. I am comfortable with this office.

Ordered glasses exactly 1 month ago and have yet to receive them. I have called 3 times and have been given the run around as to why I have not gotten them. Called again today to cancel order and was told UPS has misplaced the order. Why wasnt I made aware of this days ago? The Lynchburg locations customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Very disappointed in my experience with them. Will definitely be going elsewhere.

Unfortunately, the Timberlake Road location has given us a bad experience. They have mixed up the insurance billing and no one can seem to correct it. Its been months of back and forth. Staff seems unorganized and uneducated with insurance billing policy. Id never recommend this office to anyone.

My husband and I have been going here for several years now. The staff is polite, professional and very helpful. The addition of Dr Artrip to the staff is a great asset. She is very calming and talks to you throughout the entire exam.
