We have been going to Tidewater Animal Hospital for over 20 years, the staff and doctor are very friendly and treated my furbabies like babies. I am sad that I have to find another vet because he is retiring end of the month. Dr. Eaton was the only vet that I trusted with my furbabies, and the the only vet that allowed the pet owners to be with them while being treated.

I have used Dr. Eaton and his group for over seven years now. He is exceptional with your pets and will provide you with the best options for their care. He is one of the nicest Vets I have ever met and think his staff is great and caring too! I just adopted two new puppies and wouldnt think of taking them anywhere else even though I drive from Va Beach to Norfolk.

The vet is great but the staff is literally the worst. Vet office is a little outdated and has a huge 70s vibe. The staff, especially the vet tech, give so much attitude and in general sometimes seem incompetent. I am unsure if I will continue my business here. Its a shame because Dr. Eaton is great.

I didnt even get a chance to visit. I called to make an appointment, and was placed on hold and then when someone picked up the phone after a nice 5 minute wait they said, "Hello..." When I responded immediately after she spoke, I was hung up on... Definitely not professional...
