This place is just minutes away from our house but I will continue to drive over 30 minutes back to my old vet forever rather than go here. The vet, Dr. Singh, is unbelievably rude while he also seems to have no idea what hes talking about. We went several times with an older dog who was very ill. He would forget what we discussed on previous visits and then yell at us for not knowing what we were doing. When I insisted that he check his notes in the file, he claimed to not be the same doctor we met with the first time - but hes the only one weve ever seen there! He also got incredibly angry when we asked for a 2nd photocopy of bloodwork results from the file because we had sent the first set to a specialist. It was two pages long and he had it right there in his hand! He literally told us that copies were not free. I was shocked at his attitude and complete incompetence. I honestly didnt know whether to yell at him or cry. The staff seemed slightly embarassed by how strange the doctor was acting but really couldnt do anything to make it better at that point. After asking around it seems everyone has the same awful experience with this place. The clinic did also seem dirty and unorganized inside. I will never set foot in this place again. Please dont take your pets there - I truly worry about their health and safety.

The last time I took my dog here the vet Dr.Singh was rude and insulting. I brought my dog in because she was having difficulty using the bathroom. They charged me $200 to express her anal glands and then admitted she was still yelping when she went to the bathroom. They said nothing was wrong with her and didnt have any other thoughts on how to treat her. The vet basically blamed me for feeding her Nutro brand dog food and chastised me for not having a heart worm test. My poor dog got sicker after the visit and Im going to have to spend more money taking her to another vet. My dog look traumatized when we left, Ill never take her back.

We have brought our dog, a 90 pound 3 year old English lab, to him ever since we brought him over from China (October 2015). His clinic is so close to where we lived and Casper is comfortable being handled by him. Prices were reasonable and Dr. Singh was really informative in the treatments that Casper may need. I always make an appointment request from their website and typically they responded within 24 hours. Mention name of the dog, service that you need (vaccination, rabies shot, etc), date and time slots that you want and you will be just fine.

They took 10 days to respond to an appointment request and their e-mail back literally said "when u want." Huge delays, and a broken English, unprofessional, shorthand e-mail? Im not your bae, dont act like youre texting me. Totally unqualified to care for a stuffed animal much less your pet. Stay away.

I second the above review, I did not end up going here because I was treated rudely on the phone, got the feeling that they are not a professional establishment.
