This business is the worst. The Office Manager who happens to be the wife of one a Veterinarian at the office. Not only did she laugh when I asked her if she could mail my dogs script to my home . When asked why are you laughing " Oh because you are trying to tell me how to do my job" I know Everyone Has the right to be stupid but she abused her privilege the day she returned my call. She also sent a slick remark on how my review was not the " Whole " story. Really, All I can say is that , I would hope that your husband / his partners if any should have you stay away from customers. One day Miss Lady when your family member needs to go home because they are ill, and you want to run pass the pharmacy to pick up a script and provide them some TLC. Remember the laugh and how it was way way to much work to mail or approve a script for my dogs med. Even after he had a 256.00 physical with your office. Like I said , there was no need to report you to your husband , he already knows how rude you are , Im Sure

Im not from the area, You really dont know where to go or what to do when something like this happen,but my dachshund (Buddy)was attacked by a pit-bull unfortunately. He had some laceration that had to be taken care of and thank fully Courthouse was able to take him in and save the day. They treated us like we were regular clients living in the area. Then they e mail me a full report card which I wish my vet back home would do. I very highly recommend them to anyone, its not a fancy place but every one was very pleasant and helpful.

My two kitties were treated here for the first time, and I was very impressed. I like that a Tech, Brooke, saw them first and asked lots of good questions. Then the vet, Dr. Johnson, treated them. Both were very knowledgeable and kind especially considering one of my kitties is not very good when he has to go to the doctor. We were not rushed at all and got plenty of great care and treatment. The receptionist was also very kind and helped carry one of the carriers out to my car when we finished. I will definitely go back.

We were brand new to the whole Puppy-Experience and Courthouse Road Animal Hospital has held our hand every step of the way! Our little guy is just 3 months old but has needed weekly care due to a broken tail and a few other little "issues". The staff has been amazing! Always there for our questions and great follow-up! They actually treat our little guy like their own! Very happy to be with CRAH and couldnt recommend them enough!

We love Courthouse Road Animal Hospital. We have been taking our oldest dog there for 7 years, and our youngest for 4. They have always been kind, courteous, and prompt. The staff is always very welcoming and remembers your pets when they come in or you call about them. We have seen several different vets and have been satisfied with all of them. My dogs board there too and have a great time. Highly recommended!

I boarded my two dogs while I went out of town for about 5 days. One of my dogs is extremely anxious during storms, and I was able to get regular updates on him during a storm that was taking place. While they are a bit pricey, I would rather pay the extra money to know that my babies are in qualified hands 24/7! Terri was especially helpful!

I have two dogs (cocker spaniels ) that are clients of C.R.A.H. I have also used their boarding service. I can honestly say I am very happy with the services they offer. To this day, Ive not had a bad experience. I would recommend Courthouse Road Animal Hospital to anyone looking for care of their fur baby.

We just got a new puppy and took him in this week. Everyone was great with him and they explained how things worked in their facility. The vet took plenty of time with him and she made sure he was comfortable with her before starting the exam. They gave me plenty of information to bring home as well.

Got a rescue dog 8 months ago with a few health issues. The staff was very informative regarding her issues, the best treatment plan and follow up. Always been able to schedule appointment in timely manner, staff is knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend this vet office.

The staff is always friendly, helpful and treats you like family when you call. The doctors there are also friendly, thoughtful and very caring with your pet. I have had 2 prior pets go here and my current 2 pets go here also.

It would have been nice if the Staff or the Vet had given me a call to check on my dog after she spent a couple of days and I spent thousands. Dr. Johnson seemed very concerned so it surprises me that she did not do a call back.
