I wish I could give 0 stars. I brought my dog in there on 8/15 because he was vomiting and had blood in his diarrhea. I brought him in at about 9:30. I have the premium wellness plan and the doctor told me it was going to cost nearly $600! in tests. By this point my poor dog was dripping blood out of his butt and puking all over the waiting room. So I did what I had to do to make him better. They checked him in to their "hospital"-what a joke- and I called an hour later to check on him. They told me that according to the x-rays, his pancreas was inflamed and this was causing his symptoms. They wanted to keep him until 6 for "observation". I went to pick him up at 6:15. They told me he was great and fantastic and fine and hadnt had a single episode. I was very happy until I carried him outside (he was too drugged to walk) and he peed so long his legs gave out. He then squirted blood, just blood, out of his rear end. I was beyond upset. It was CLEAR that NO ONE HAD TAKEN MY DOG OUT FOR EIGHT HOURS! I couldnt even bring him back inside and he was spewing blood out of his bottom again all over the front entrance. I went and told the doctor and his response was, "Take him to emergency care." Are you serious? WTF did I just pay you $600 for?! He couldnt even tell me what was causing my dogs pancreas to inflame. I called another animal hospital and they said you cant even see the pancreas on x-rays! This place is a joke! Stay away!

When I got there it was 7am in the morning and my cat was upset! I had a scheduled appointment for a dental cleaning. It was a horrible mess when I arrived there. They didnt try to even offer me on what they could do for me. Teresa the lady who helped me didnt help me at all. She was very combative, not great customer service. I work for a luxury brand dealership and not the way I would ever treat my clients. She kept saying that she didnt have my cats information when in fact his records were there. I left there in tears due the stress and time wasted! I went to Banfeild in Silver Spring MD to take care of his needs. Come to find out my cat is very sick with urinary crystals. So she not only turned me away but my sick cat. To top it all off Teresa wrote horrible notes about me on my cats customer file. The Silver Spring location was appalled at what she wrote about me. Thats not great customer service at all! The things that were written is disappointing. If you dont like your job find anther position that suits you!

Took my cat here as a walk in appointment, he had an upper respiratory infection. Some back story: my dad is a vet, Ive spent years employed as a vet tech across multiple practices, so Im pretty well-versed when it comes to taking care of animals. So I was surprised when I was quoted almost 700 dollars by the vet, for a simple upper respiratory infection, including chest x-rays and specialist consult, bloodwork, and a heartworm test (for an indoor cat). I declined all work, and asked for some antibiotics, which cleared up the infection in 2 days, for $60. The vet was knowledgeable, but recommended extensive testing that was not necessay. She was open to a conservative approach of antibiotics with only minor pushing of the recommended tests, which saved her a 1 star rating. Beware of them trying to run up your bill for anything other than vaccinations.

Well, they are running an nationwide business which requires to be a little more organized. They charged me for yearly plan, but didnt give my dogs last dosage of medicine. When we checked the history one of them was duplicated but still they gave me half of the portion....it was only 26.00 which is affordable, but customer service is down south! To be fair, they helped me previously with my dog before.....I guess Im not going back....

Sub par experience every time. Their etiquette on the phone needs a lot of work. They seem not sure how to help on fairly simple tasks. Got hung up on and now cant get a hold of them.
