I was just there yesterday. They gave me flexural and a shot. I was soooooooooo nauseous. The effects of the muscle relaxers and painkillers had me so disoriented. I was discharged and left to walk my way out to the lobby. I finally made my way to the lobby, sat down because I felt like throwing up. I was trying to get the attention of their security for help to walk me out, but he wasnt attentive. I dont understand why the caregivers didnt walk me out. I couldnt believe I, was left to walk my way around, clutching on to the barf bag and walking around disoriented!! No one saw to it that my transportation was there. Im finally home and woke up to remove all the fasteners that was still left on me from the EKG testings. Im surprised at the lack of professionalism and care at this new establishment. What ever happened to compassion!! The rate of one star is for their receptionist.

The service recently was extremely understaffed and slow. The nurse practitioner was distracted, uninvolved, and unprofessional. They treated me like a drive thru or 7-11 customer...in and out. No bedside manner and no resolution, just a bunch of guesses and maybes......I could have done that myself. Wow, just wow. I was highly surprised and disappointed because past experiences were better. I will go to Patient First if I want the fast pace "convenience store" treatment. I thought the ER would treat me with more service and care.I was wrong!

Its no good way to put it this might as well not be a hospital they dont care at all my figure is infected to the point i can barely move it and i went in there 2 weeks ago and the doctor literally came in the room spoke looked at my figure for a second and said "well its not infected ill just put you on medicine to stop the pain" some hospital if you dont care about people dont choose this kind of field to work in!! Horrible ill never go back me or my family!

Told my mother she had breast cancer along with several other woman,that day come to find out after months of going to other doctors they were wrong and lied.A class action suit has been filed....

I had surgery on my arm in 2014 and almost died their if I could say anything to the people of tidewater stay away from this place or end up like what happened to me!!!!
