The Sajak pavilion is a building with Dr offices in it. The particular place I went was Maryland Brain and Spine. I had my back surgery done by Dr. Seagal , a neurosurgeon. An orthopedic surgeon wanted to put metal in my back, me brain and spine did surgery with a 1inch incision and a laser. I HIGHLY suggest them if you need back or neck surgery, get a consultation with a neurosurgeon, not just an orthopedic surgeon. I had it done 10 yrs ago and it was the best thing I couldve did for myself. Ive had zero pain so VR surgery
