I called to get some info about spay & neutering my cats and they wouldnt give me a price over the phone (not even a range). They said they didnt give out prices because they would spend all the time on the phone giving out information and then the people wont choose their office. I wouldnt want to go anywhere where I know there are going to be surprises, especially with prices. On top of that...the lady HUNG UP ON ME!!!!! They lost 3 patients. Would NOT RECOMMEND. **I wouldnt have given any stars, but it wouldnt let me leave it blank.

I have been taking my animals there for several years now and would not think of going to another veterinary doctor. Dr. Grimes and his excellent staff care about my dogs as if they were the actual owner and they are always interested if their well-being! Chloe & Jack & Dave & Linda

The best vet weve found in Winchester...Been taking my dogs here for over 10 years and have always received the best care. Good down to earth honest people, Dr. Grimes is the best! Couldnt ask for better services.
