Dr. Chung was rude to me and my child every time I went in his office. Any time I attempted to ask him questions, he brushed me off. I should have gone to another doctor, but I kept going. The final straw came when I was sent a bill for an appointment because his staff forgot to tell me my childs referral had expired months ago. A simple warning before that appointment could have kept me from being charged because I have insurance that would have covered the entire visit. Ive never had this problem at any other specialist before.

Excellent physicians. The office staff is always courteous and polite which makes this doctors office a very comfortable and peaceful environment. The doctors and office personnel are very quick, professional, and thorough, and there never seems to be a wait for more than a couple minutes. Both doctors made my children feel comfortable which I was very thankful for. I would highly recommend this office for anyone looking for excellent pediatric eye doctors, or for adults too.

I had an appointment with Dr. Rice, she was not only very efficient and thorough, but she really listened to the concerns I was having. I love that you can do all your paperwork online before you get to the office too. Great doctor at a convenient location, with nice office staff, no complaints here!
