This office is amazing! I was referred to them last year by a co-work since I need to get my eye check. :( My visit first was very pleasant and I felt comfortable. I gave them my insurance card at the beginning of the appointment and by the send they had everything they needed and knew my insurance!!! (I work in the medical field, and when an office knows your insurance, its means they are going above and beyond!) Just recently I got married and now in the process of changing my name.. I went to the DOL and had to do a vision test... I couldnt read the letters at all... (I just had my eyes check in may). The lady told me I need to get my eyes check before I can get my licences... So, I called the Eyecare Center and they got me in within an hour. They were so accommodating since my eye doctor (Dr. Beaulaurier) wasnt there and allowed me to see another doctor (normal they dont do that, I saw Dr. Lindberg). It turned out that the lady at the DOL forgot to turn on the light so I could see the letters. I was so happy with how helpful they were that day! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE TO EVERYONE!!!!!!!! You will not be let down in anyway!

Dr. Rumpf is the best health care professional I have ever worked with. He is generous with his time and does a great job of explaining what hes seeing. I ask a lot of questions, and hes not irritated -- hes glad that Im asking! Im 47; I have amblyopia and Ive been extremely nearsighted since I was in kindergarten. Ive been seeing Dr. Rump for about 10 years now, and he was the first doctor who ever warned me that I was at high risk for a detached retina. Hes provided great advice through the years when Ive asked about LASIK, contacts, progressive lenses, and new methods of grinding lenses that help with my -10.5 astigmatism.I have to agree with the reviewer who commented on the excellent implementation of technology through the office. It seems like they have upgraded their diagnostic equipment every time I visit (annually). The staff is unfailingly polite and they clearly enjoy working there. If you are shopping for a provider, I cant recommend Dr. Rumpf strongly enough.

These guys dont give respect to customers, have been there couple of times its same behavior, I was there with my 2 years old kid, we have been standing there for 30 min and selected glasses too, opthomologist was there he said wait and goes inside and he did for 5 times...he didnt even asked us to sit, think they dicrmenate based on race. Dont go there...would would send email with in my company about my experience and will suggest not to visit them!

My son was hit in the eye with a metal clip. He is a high school football player and can withstand quite a bit of pain, so I knew when he called me from school he was in desperate need to be seen. I was extremely happy The Eyecare Center was able to fit us in immediately. Dr. Rumpf is a fantastic doctor!! He is patient, thorough and extremely attentive. Of all my personal doctors (general practitioner, dentist, etc) he is my favorite!!

Outstanding service, I had a small emergency and they got me in the same day within a few minutes of them arriving at the office. I called the office at 6:45am knowing they did not open until 9:00 am. I expected a call sometime after they opened. I actually recieved a call to get me in at 8:57am. That is services, Good job.

Very good service. They are respectful of the customer. Slightly higher cost when you buy glasses or contact lenses but well worth the experience. They have advanced equipment for different types of eye examinations. Wish they were open on Saturdays so I could take my son for his eye checkups.

Dr. Rumpf is the best among the doctors I go to. He is very patient and explains things clearly, almost Prof like, complete with animation software! He sets a standard for how healthcare professionals ought to be. The office staff is top notch too.

Great service, very professional and always nice and helpful. They really try to get you the best deal and make sure you are happy with your glasses, you can come back for adjustments for ever and they are always happy to help (I know I have).
