After several visits to Dr. Yeik about a gagging, swallowing problem my dog was having I was told "young lady, you are too anxious, there is nothing wrong with your dog and you need to have a drink." I found this familiarity and lack of professionalism offensive - especially since I paid for every visit and am a middle-aged recovered alcholic. He put the dog on steroids prior to going on vacation and told me he wanted me to leave a message on his pager to let him know how she was doing. Her condition worsened. His obnoxious, unhelpful, rude receptionist, refused to put me through to his pager voice mail but claimed she left messages. He never called me and I will never return. If you want a vet who seems to have no critical thinking skills and a rude receptionist named Stephanie then this is the place for you! Doury and the other techs were wonderful.

This place was horrible. I refuse to take my dog there ever again. All he cares about is the money. I took my pit bull in because she had broken out in a bad rash, the receptionists were awesome and the vet assistants were cool too, but the vet was nothing but rude. He came into the room with no care and startled me dog, then began telling me I am a bad owner because my dog growled at him. Protecting me (as her job as my service animal is to do) he asked me to muzzle her so I did. Then after she was muddled he started grabbing her and throwing her around and kicking her. Without any care. If I, as the owner, had been seen doing what he did to my dog what he did to her I would be arrested for animal abuse. Then I got one shot and some pills from him and it was almost $300. Dont go here!!!

Best Vet in the area... Bar none...! I have 4 dogs. 3 rescue and one bought and paid for. All have different personalities and needs. Dr Yeik has the gift with all of them. They love him. Ive never seen a dog get its shots and not know they were getting them, or got them afterward. I have friends all over the county that use this place. Dr Yeik will even come to your house when "that time" comes to help your best friend to the "other side". The office crew are great, the backup crew are pros. The best part is how much this place cares about your animal. Not like those corporate/nation wide places.

Ive gone here before and this place is pretty good. Having said that, I just called to make an appointment for my two pugs. One is a current patient there; the other has some sort of records at another hospital. I was just asked by their (Alder) staff to call the old vet (who has the pug under the old owners name) and have them fax the information to them. Now...I understand I should have this info as well and the health of my pugs are ultimately my responsibility...but I really dont think its my job to do their job for them. Thats front office responsibility....but this is my opinion and my review.

Weve been going to Alder Trail for 30 years and have always been pleased with the way we and our animals are treated. We have had 3 cats, 4 dogs and pet rats treated here. We have been through the difficult times of giving our pets a peaceful sleep when they were very sick and Brent and his staff have always been very compassionate with the animals and us. I definitely recommend them to everyone.

Dr Ingrid Hofmaster: Seemed friendly enough but the exam was only 42.00 which drew me in and then extrays were 72. per picture and the 5 lb puppy needed 2 of them. plus antibiotics I have gotten elsewhere for 10.00 were over 30.00. So all in all I got told my pup MIGHT have a bronchial infection, She MIGHT be contagious and to give her this medicine for 10 days and come back.

Just took my two Chis in for a new patient intake visit and primary exams. They both were very comfortable with the staff and the vet. He took his time and answered questions. Was very thorough and thoughtful. Discussed medication options and suggestions for future visits. Was given a discount for Military. I will certainly go back here for future needs for my boys!

We have been bringing our family cats to Dr. Yeik for over 20 years and have always been very happy with the care they receive and the support given to us by Dr. Yeik and his staff. He has always given us options for care and complete explanations about their health care issues. We would not take our pets anywhere else.

I have been going to Alder Trail Animal hospital for years. Dr. Yike is the best vet. He is responsive, caring, and on top of everything. He has been our vet for several cats and dogs. I have been to other vets in the area for one reason or another, and I love Alder Trail Animal Hospital, and all the staff.

Alfred trail went above and beyond when ot came to my dog daisy. They did all they could to make sure she got better after two near deaths. One of the nurses even stayed with her all night to ensure a full recovery. I would recommend them to anyone with an animal.

Ill never take my animals anywhere else!! Every single person was so sweet to my dog. He is normally really nervous around new people, but he warmed up as soon as he walked in!!
