Dr. Hamilton and his staff are AWESOME! They make you feel at home and extremely comfortable. My previous Chiropractor had went out of business. This left me very reluctant and nervous to look and research one that would be convenient and close to home among other things. I literally let too much time go by as I dealt with different levels of pain in my back and scared to look for new one. I am extremely sensitive when it comes to my back. It took me long time to find my last chiropractor because previous experiences with other chiros left me in tears after adjustments and sore for 3-4days after. Let me tell you about my first experience with Pearson a little over a month ago. I was very nervous. I had come in early with my paperwork thinking I had to cancel my first appt because I had another appt running late that was going to get in the way of me making it back to their office in time. First of all, upon walking in I was greeted immediately. Kim was very nice as I explained why I need to re-schedule for the next day and she said well hold on let me ask the doctor if there was anyway to squeeze my initial interview assessment and adjustment in right at that moment. He said "yes lets do it". I couldnt believe it. Then it just kept getting better from there. During my assessment I felt very comfortable because Dr. Hamilton was extremely informative and very gentle. Great eye contact. He truly makes you feel like he really cares about YOU and how you feel and how he is going to help you feel much better and create a plan to get you back on track feeling better. He also lets you know it is important to be vocal with him and communicate any and all things good or bad. Now as I was leaving I was blown away. I went to check out, pay and set my next appt and they didnt even require me to pay for my first visit. I was like WHAT? Kim said it is ok just pay on your next visit. I was in shock but it just added to the feeling of being so comfortable on my very first visit. I definitely knew and felt this was my new chiropractic home!! Not to mention Dr. Hamilton said one thing to me that day that was very important to me, he said "if anything Nikki for starters we are going to get you a good nights sleep tonight" and that is exactly what happened I finally got a good night sleep after months of restlessness. It was absolutely final Dr. Hamilton is forever my new chiropractor! This is an appt I will never miss. I literally look forward to seeing him on my way home. I am feeling soo much better!!!! I recommend everyone to go to the Federal Way office and experience the same great service and professionalism I received!

I highly recommend Dr. Andrew Hamilton, at Pearson Chiropractic Center in Federal Way, WA, to anyone seeking chiropractic care. I have been his patient for the past 6 weeks, and in that short time he has taken me from severe, constant pain in my neck and back, to virtually no pain. Being a person who has steered away from chiropractors (due to my lack of knowledge and skepticism), I can only say I wish I had gone much sooner. Dr. Hamilton is professional, caring, knowledgeable and extremely capable. He thoroughly explains everything he does and why he is doing it. It still amazes me that he can pinpoint my areas of pain without me even showing him the places. My entire experience with Pearson Chiropractic Center has been nothing short of perfect. From my first visit, I was welcomed warmly by Crystal and treated with the utmost respect by everyone. Thank you Dr. Hamilton for making my days basically pain free. My only regret is that I didnt do this a long time ago.

In 2009 I was in a motorcycle accident that left me with permanent injuries to my back. While playing with my daughter a couple weeks ago I did something to it that left me in severe pain. I am so glad I decided to go to Pearson Chiropractic in Federal Way and see Dr. Hamilton. I noticed a difference just after the first visit and by the second visit, my pain was cut in half. Hes started showing me exercises that I can do at home so that Im able to keep the pain away for longer. Thats something I really like. I also really like: how friendly all the staff is, how clean the center is, how easy it is to make an appointment, how you are rarely kept waiting and just how comfortable you are when you get there. I very highly recommend Dr. Hamilton to anyone having back or neck problems.

I have been going to Pearson In Federal Way for a long time now. I went in there about 3 weeks ago for an appointment which was good but they put in new office chairs to sit in while youre waiting they are the absolute worst chairs I have ever seen in a doctors office to this day theyre built for little kids not grown adults I have no idea what they were thinking putting those chairs in there I have bad ankles and I cant stand for a long time and those chairs are the absolute worse than standing. I love the office and the people but you really need to get rid of those chairs whoever you interior decorator Is should be shot they definitely arent thinking about people that have to sit that are in pain thank you Jo Kaye

I have been getting adjusted at Pearson Chiropractic for over a year now and I am very impressed with their knowledge and ability to adjust in several different areas and use several techniques. The staff is receptive, polite and understanding, always taking the time to listen and sympathize with patients. The facility is wonderful as it offers not just chiropractic but massage, rehab, nutrition and xray, not to mention the amazing massage chairs and table for relaxation and recovery after adjustments. Ive had a desk job for the last 9 years. During this time period Ive developed poor posture habits. I had so much upper back & neck pain I was only getting 2 hours of sleep at a time, because of the intense pain. Dr. Andrew Hamilton & Staff @ Pearson’s Chiropractic & Rehabilitation Center in Federal Way has helped me to improve my health so that now I can do all the activities I enjoy. Im now pain free & able to sleep 9 or more hours a night without any problems. I would refer any of my family or friends to Dr. Hamilton @ Pearson because I know they will be in good hands. Recovery is an important aspect in the life of an athlete. Being an athlete myself I find that in order to keep up with the demands of my training I must listen to what my body needs. Visiting Pearson Chiropractic in Federal Way when I am home from the Olympic Training Center is the key to keeping my body in the best shape possible. Both Dr. Ball and Dr. Graham do an excellent job at adjusting me and working out the kinks that are preventing me from excelling during practices and/or competition. I would highly recommend and suggest you go pay this office a visit!
