Dr. Rossi and this office is WONDERFUL. If there is ANY place Id refer you to, itd be their clinic. From the minute I first met them, they welcomed me with wide open arms. It wasnt easy recovering from my first (and hopefully last) automobile accident, but the office staff and Dr. Rossi made me feel comfortable and ensured that Id be able to trust them after what was the most traumatic experience of my life. They paid attention to every detail, every need, and ensured that Id receive the care that Id needed. Dr. Rossi is who made me feel comfortable to drive again and return back to a normal lifestyle. After the accident, my anxiety levels skyrocketed and through his patience and persistence, I feel myself again. Dr. Rossi and his staff embody the ideal service you need after an accident. They ensure everything is taken care because they understand that if theres anything you dont need, thats additional unnecessary stress. Thank you to the clinic and also Dr. Winger for taking me in. I bought a Groupon for a massage and they said they wont make an appointment for me because I dont live in federal way. Nowhere on their website or the Groupon page did it say anything about having to live in the immediate area. Then they gave me the numbers of some places closer to where I live. I called these numbers and they all told me that they no longer take part in the offer and that they had asked Redondo family chiropractic to stop sending them customers for their Groupon. Unapologetic receptionist just told me to "try to get your money back".

I have been to other chiropractic and I finally have found the best chiropractic. This facility not only do the adjustment, but also have numbers of equipment for excise. This facility really focus on patient, not just " in and out " in 2-3 minutes like others. The doctor is very nice , answer all my questions and help me to reduce my neck pain, back pain and even my arm pain. This facility make me feel welcome every time I walk in. I would highly recommend this facility for everyone that needs the help from Chiropractic.

He cares so much about your health that he will work a plan out for you if you dont have insurance. (I recommend quarterly wellness visits after results are achieved if you have an active lifestyle or carry extra weight.) Office staff is fantastic. Very kind and professional.
