Update: Am afraid my current condition does not relate to your pain. I just wanted to say that if you are living in pain, I hope you are also fighting. Hope is the last thing pain kills and I don’t know how long your fight has been. I don’t know how much is left of you. But if you fight now, you will carry you pain tomorrow and live to fight one more day. You will stay in this fight, alive, you will win. Thanks to the care of Dr. Jung my pain has subsided. I can’t believe that my pain will ever leave me. But at this level I can fight it forever. Some time ago Dr. Jung recommended only a session every two weeks. His hard work and skill had brought the cause of my pain under control. But I have come to understand the root of such cause and I decided to continue weekly sessions. I can feel this monster creeping in, trying to take hold. Its grasp kills days. I know this pain wrecks lives. I can only imagine what yours is doing to you. I have no idea of what it has taken out of your life. But I know you will fight. And a long fight is the victory of the survivor. You will outlast your pain. Your pain weakens, not you. I was nearly destroyed. It took care, skill and compassion from all around me to survive. The pain became less of a burden and I was able to put everything I have left into rescuing my career. It is by immense fortune that my efforts resulted in an offer to work overseas. I would not have looked for this opportunity as a prisoner of pain. There is more out there than what pain lets us see. The hopes and dreams you had before pain took hold are still valid. All you have to do is survive. You need to fight on. Try something you haven’t; chiropractic will help you. Please fight. First post: If you are in constant pain and little hope is one of the few things that remains of who you were, I know what you are going thru, keep the faith and fight on. I had always dismissed chiropractic and those who care about me were never able to convince me otherwise. I have been in pain for over four years. This pain took my quality of life, zapped my career and deprived my family of a husband and father. I have lost so much. But recently I became strong enough to better carry my pain. I felt I could carry this pain and have the end of my days be in the distant future, in pain. I felt strong enough to try something else. I walked into the Federal Way Blue Spring Chiropractic Office with the same pain and my views about Chiropractic unchanged. The first interview Dr. Jung was detailed and informative. But I’ve had many medical interviews and this felt predictable. It wasn’t until we discussed my X-rays on the next visit that I felt hope and anger. I have been under medical care for over four years and I can’t believe nobody talked to me about what I saw that day. I believe that common sense would tell anybody that a structure in the shape of my spine would not support weight. It would cause pain. Dr. Jung pointed to the source of my pain. Explained the causes in detail and laid out a plan to fight my pain directly. He implemented that plan and I felt relief on the very first hands-on session. There have been only a few visits but my pain has changed and decreased in a way and to a level that I often dismiss it for hours and days at a time. Dr. Jung told me the steps he is going to take to help me what the result of each step is going to be. He has delivered great results and I now believe I might outlive this pain. There is a long road ahead and much to regain but there is also hope. The Federal Way office of Blue Spring Chiropractic is helping me fight on. The office is full of people that care, work hard and are knowledgeable and understanding. They are flexible and work with my schedule. Their care in the morning makes it possible for me to have a better day at work. I look forward to my future relief under Dr. Jung’s care. I will post my second ever Google review in a few weeks. In the meantime, if you are in constant pain and able to try something new, try Chiropractic and fight on.

As much as doctor helped my father with his neck, shoulder problem the remaining office personel is very unprofessional and rude. After dads last visit back in November 2014 he visited several times their office to make sure that everything is paid. He was told that they are working with insurance. In December he called as well and got no one on the phone (during business hr) or was told that they are working with insurance. Since then he has not heard back from their office regarding any outstanding bill, no letters, no voicemail or phone call. August 2015 (8 months after last visit) rolled in so we assumed there is no balance. During my fathers long travel this summer I came to check in mid August on their mail and found letter from this chiropractic office stating that my father has 120+ days outstanding bill and if he doesnt pay with in 10 days he will be send to collections. Where is 30 day, 60 day, 90 day letter? Never received anything. I called office right away but got no one on the phone. Few days later I called again and got lady on the phone. I asked for billing department and she told me that she can help. As I started to tell her acc number so I can ask questions she told me "Im on a lunch break, call after 2pm". How rude and unprofessional! If you are on lunch then turn on voice mail or when you pick up say it right away that it is lunch break and take message or at least my 0h number and offer to call me back after your lunch break. If I would answer like this at my work I would be fired the next day, not mentioning neglection of billing letters for 120 days. You lost client today and we will make sure to let our friends know too.

Im an undergraduate university student studying art and philosophy at the UW. Ive had mild chronic back pain due to a habit of standing and sitting with a bad posture. Since a minor car accident last year, the pain in between my upper back and lower neck area has gotten increasingly irritating to the degree that it was difficult to concentrate on the academic tasks as well as my own personal works. I heard about Blue spring chiropractic from my roommate, and I gave it a try. Dr. Kim was very knowledgeable and thorough with the explanation about problems with my spine and adjustment procedures, and I started to get better within two weeks. Now I am not only pain free, but also I was able to correct my habitual bad posture to prevent the occurance of exact same problems in future. I highly recommend this clinic, and I will definitely return when I have other back-related problems.

Dr.Kim is just an amazing doctor. He really knows what he is doing. He doesnt hesitate where to treat your back. When I first came in, I was looked at and to my surprise he immediately knew where the pain was. As he started to treat me, I started to feel a lot better and my posture also started to improve! I was amazed at what a chiropractor can do than a regular doctor. I highly recommend this place because they really know what they are doing and it really does help! They do absolute wonders. I also love the other people working there as they provide a friendly environment 24/7. They are also very flexible with time and try to work with your schedule. If you can I highly recommend an appointment!
