Village Pediatrics is like no other office I’ve ever encountered. From the moment you step through the door you feel like family. It’s clear Staci has a passion for children, and for running a practice centered on families needs, not on her bottom line. I applaud the “hands off” approach of her practice, always looking for the cause of the problem and not simply treating a symptom. As a public health professional I admire her holistic, integrative approach, avoiding the over use of prescription antibiotics and always focusing her practice on education. Her appointments are twice to three times longer than any other pediatric office, allowing her ample time to get to know your kiddos and observe behaviors other clinicians miss in their 10 min encounters. With Staci’s help my daughter was able to begin occupational and speech therapy to address sensory issues other professionals had missed, or told me were not a concern. I am so thankful for Staci and her diligence, she’s always available for any questions I have, and even emergency situations. Village Pediatrics is the only place I’ll ever take my children.

Small and cozy office, friendly staff. Stacy has a very positive attitude and does great with children. My wife is very happy with her. The reason for a 3 start review is the way our billing was handled. We had 2 appointments scheduled for our 2 kids on consecutive days. Our son was first. During his visit we asked for a consultation for our daughter. She was going to come here the next day, but we decided to ask for an advice earlier. At the end of the month we receive a billing statement for 3 visits - 2 on the first day and 1 on the next day. This was an unpleasant surprise, since that advice cost, being claimed as a separate visit, cost us $140 out of pocket, instead of being 2 routine visits that the insurance covered in full. I called the office to have this resolved, but that did not lead anywhere. A bitter aftertaste and a lesson learned - always double check what you are going to be charged for before the service is rendered.

We have been taking our baby boy to Staci Scott at Village Pediatrics,Issaquah since he was born. Prior to his birth we interviewed multiple pediatrics in Issaquah and Samammish area, and Staci stood out as an obvious choice for us. Her approach is an excellent balance of professionalism and friendliness. During our in-person appointments she always has ample time for us to ask questions and discuss routine updates we have on-going with our baby. She stays abreast regarding medical updates in the pediatric world and educates us about it as needed. Between our in-person appointments, she responds to any questions we post over the portal website in timely and descriptive fashion. As a care provider she puts efforts and time in getting to know us and our baby and hence can provide a care which works for us and our son. We are very happy and content that we made a great choice for our sons pediatric care taker by choosing her.
