I wish I would have read Eazys review before I went here. Worst vet I have EVER had the misfortune of going to. They only care about the money and try to push all kinds of Health programs to get more $$ out of you. After two separate visits and getting a clean bill of health on the first visit they come back at the second visit saying that at the first visit there was a problem found int he $600 worth of tests that was never shared with me. IF the information HAD been shared with me the issue could have been resolved with a simple food change. But they never shared the results and just said he was 100% healthy. Then on top of that after the second visit, my cat got an upper respiratory infection after seeing this vet. The room was unsanitary and the table surface was dirty with fur on the floor still. They say that they clean between each visit but thats just not true. They refused to take responsibility and made all kinds of excuses trying to tell me he got it before I got him at 4 weeks old, or got it from another cat when he is 100% indoor cat for the last 10 yrs. They refused to accept that the most likely place he was exposed to the virus was from an unsanitary vet office that sees several pets a day and doctors that handle multiple animals a day without changing clothes after handling sick animals. I will never go back here and honestly if you love your pet take it some place else that will care about your pet as much as you do.

I have a Dog and had a Cat. I have been going to this vet clinic for 5+ years and they have been great with us even when I have to bring my 2 little kids with me. My Cat was sick last month and I had to make the choice to put her down or run tests and such. They were very comforting to me explaining my options and costs up front. We ended up having to put her down. They were so great with us giving the time we needed to be with cat. They made us a plaque with her paw prints and decorated it with her name and a Princess crown! My daughter and whole family love having this to remember her by. As if this all isnt enough with in 2 days of putting her down we recieved a Sympathy card in the mail and they all signed it. They didnt just sign there name they took the time each one of them to write to us about how sorry they are for us and how great princess was. I was so moved and touched by this! Thank you so much VCA Kent your team there is Amazing!

Amazing experience, loved how open our vet was and how much time she spent with us on counseling and advice. Her expertise and ability to communicate that to us was incredible, and completely resolved my previous misgivings with veterinary care (my most recent negative experience was with the VCA in Puyallup). I would recommend this facility to ALL of my friends and neighbors in the area with pets! Thanks, VCA Kent!!

It is an overall nice place and the staff are friendly. My gripe is that they are trying to charge people $350 for preventive heart worm medicine for 1 year. You can buy a 12 pack of heartgard for $80(which is still expensive for 12 pills IMO, but I digress). I dont think its appropriate to take advantage of people trying to look after their pets.

When you change your business hours it should reflect on both HERE, your website, and on your voice mail. My cat DID have a life threatening emergency this morning and we didnt know about the change in your hours. PLEASE DO SO IMMEDIATELY! Really not impressed right now.
