Around 2 months ago, my kitty got diagnose with FIP. The staff working there... completely rude and disrespectful. After speaking with Dr. Ulrich, we decided the best choice was to put my pet to sleep. When I called the clinic to make an appointment the lady on the phone wanted me to cremate my pet and pay almost $350 for the whole process. When I told her that I had a place to bury my pet, she was completely rude and started an argument about legal issues of burying a pet within the city limits (without even knowing where I was planning to bury my pet). Her statement --based on her assumption that I was planning to bury my pet in my apartment complex (really idiot?)-- was that under the law I was not allowed to take my pets corpse after the process (which is not true, btw). Im glad that happened because that night my kitty passed away naturally, but the pain of his sickness and the whole situation with that lady was awful. Plus every time I had to call Dr. Ulrich, the staff upfront made me a bunch of stupid questions even though I was calling to return the vet’s call. AWFUL EXPERIENCE!!! Customer service? HORRIBLE!!!!

This is a review for the Marysville Vet Hospital on B Street in Marysville. I paid $305.00 to have a cat spayed here and it did not include an overnight stay - other places in the area charge half this amount and do include an overnight stay. My cat developed complications and I phoned, I was told there would be an additional charge to look at her. You would think that they would be willing to have a vet check to see if there was any infection as part of after-surgery care. At that point, I decided to go elsewhere. The staff here is apathetic and uncaring. I will not return and would not recommend this facility to anyone who does not have very deep pockets as there is an additional charge for every little thing. At $300 for a spay, an after surgery check-up should have been included. They just glue them shut and send them home. IMO that is not quality care.

I was blessed to have our visit by an area non-profit. They went beyond what was asked and our dogs left in much better shape than they arrived in by far! The men and women that work here truly love there line of work and my typical nippy little Chis were more relaxed than expected in the arms of the staff. They explained things to us in a way we could understand and were realistic when giving advice keeping in mind our financial situation and not selling services we could never afford. Husband said he loved the professionalism of the madical team and feels our dogs were given the same care and love the staff would give to there own pets. The facility is clean and well kept. The vibe is good and you get a real sense of warmth around there. I will tell others of the kindness and love our dogs got that day!

Just took my cat in because shes been withdrawn for a few days and having soft stools. Shes a 13 year old calico. Has virtually zero previous health records and I could provide no shot records, but the staff didnt give me any grief about that. I appreciate that more than most people understand. They knew I was there for a specific reason and did not try to cram other agendas down my throat. I ended up spending about $300 for an exam, some food to help her stomach settle, and then I opted for the senior screening of tests. All things considered, it wasnt a terrible cost. And they werent pushy about any of it. Its good to not feel bullied by a vet.

I adopted a Jack Russel Corgi from a local kill shelter and they did not warn us about his violent behavior. He has a tendency to bite people in the face, not joking. We have worked with him and trained him, but he still has anxiety, not like when we first got him a year ago, but its still there. And through all of the hard times this vet has stuck with us, through the bites and fear. They manage him with such care and love, and I dont fear taking him there at all. They do such good work and make him as calm as possible. And thats hard to do!

These idiots treated my rabbit horribly. She had a huge cut on her side & after 2 tiring weeks of care (1 failed gluing of the wound & 2 mediocre stapling jobs), they said the staples were ready to come off. However, her cut was not healed completely & the rude nurse that has handled our rabbits terribly from the beginning pulled my rabbit out of her carrier by the head, re-opening the wound. They DID NOT take responsibility for hurting my rabbit & I was forced to go through the entire process again, somewhere else.

Facility was nice. Front staff was attentive. Vet tech was okay until I said I wasnt going to pay $200 for an outer ear infection. Pretty unprofessional on her part to slam a door out of frustration. Maybe A reevaluation should be done. Thats the fast track in losing business. After this experience we will go else where for animal services. Thanks anyway.

Horrible! Staff was rude when I called. She acted as if she could care less to answer my questions, and treated me as if I were dirt under her feet. She couldnt wait to hang up, and I was only calling to book a vet visit. I would not trust this place with my pets, and I would not recommend it to anyone either!!!

Unfortunately had to lay my dog to rest... Jen the manager told me about some puppies they rescued. She had taken the time out of her day to contact the rescue place to see if I could adopt one. THEY TRY ANYTHING AND EVERYTHING TO HELP YOU. This is definitely my puppies Vet!!

They have always taken excellent care of my dogs. When I lost my oldest to cancer, they were supportive and handled my girl with care.

They were nice, but I really only had a brief interaction. They could not help us, but gave us info as to who could.
