They euthanized my sisters dog without her consent, and never apologized for it. Not sure anyone should bring their pets to a place that doesnt have protocols in place to prevent tragic events like this, nor has the decency & compassion to sympathize with owners that have lost a loving pet as a direct result of their negligence.
