Dr. Fraser has seen our cats a few times and its always "I have no idea whats wrong, it could be anything (Cancer, AIDS, etc. Lets run some tests". Each time we pass on the test and just did internet research, each time that has worked, and its never been any of the horrid viruses he mentioned it "could be". They used to have an older vet there that was VERY rough with the cats, he solution was always "Lets give the cat some antibiotics and see if that helps". It usually helped, but then again we cringed every time he walked in the door. Only time my cat ever scratched anyone was him! This last time we went there they have a new lady vet, she seemed a little green, but did have readily available diagnosis and thought to check for second options before handing out a plan. Her plan however didnt work and we are finally done with this office. The office helpers are usually cute girls who never seem to work there the next time I go. Since they are usually young enough to still care, the pet gets handled nicely by them will lots of "ohhh poor thing!" comments while you wait for the doc. The office itself looks nice and is always clean. No weird smells, plenty of parking. The prices are on pace with everyone else, its the "cure" that is below average. In short, if all you need is really basic care (a vaccination, a doggy bath, etc.) this place is fine. If you need vet that gets it right with out a barrage of "test" and visits, look elsewhere.

We have only been to this vet once. When we got a new dog, we took him here to hopefully establish care. The first experience was fine, I was impressed by how clean it was, and all was well until we checked out. We had to get a few prescriptions for him and when they rang up the exam and the meds I was shocked at the cost. Too little too late at that point, so we swalled our pride and went ahead and paid it. Going forward though, we decided that in the future if our dog needed meds we would just have them write the prescription and fill it elsewhere. We were planning on switching our cat to this vet too so that both of our animals are in the same place for care. A few months later, now, my dog needs some more allergy medicine and some more of the flea prevention we had him on. We found the medicine at a fraction of the cost available online but they need to verify with your vet. We have no problem taking our animals in for exams, or shots, but for things like flea prevention we would like to find this at an affordable cost since they are charging almost 3 times what you can get it for online. I called our vet that we still had our cat at in the area. They are more than happy to let us fill prescriptions through on online retailer. We are going back to them - with both animals.

I have had mixed results using them for services over the past 7 years. Bording cost is rather comparitvely high but convenient, but from our last time we used the service my dog came back like she was starved for the 5 days we were gone. She kept asking for food and water for a few days and it took about 3 weeks for her mild temperament to return. What has sent us elsewhere is the unrealistic 3x-4x cost of medications from them. They would not work with us when we simply asked for an common prescription to be transferred to Costco due to there lower costs. They kept using the excuse that only there medication is assured by the manufacture and everyone else is suspected of being supplied fake or tampered medications. I really like to support the local companies when I can, but when I feel that Im geting taken advantage its time to move on and spend my money elsewhere.

This is in regards to the grooming service. Today was the second time we brought in our dog for grooming. Our first experience was outstanding. Today, however, we took him in for a bath and a trim to clean him up. Imagine our horror when we went to pick him up and, with the exception of his head, he was completely shaved. Our Golden Doodle now looks like a character out of a Tim Burton movie! The excuse for the shave? There was a knot of fur on his chest. They didnt call. They didnt email. They just shaved him.

We have been seeing Dr Fraiser since 1996?! He has been the same kind, caring vet all those years!! Recently we had our 19 pound, long haired, cranky cat groomed there and he did great!!! Fastest, nicest groom skippy has ever had! They always tell me hes a sweetie when he goes to visit them! They must just get my cat!! After all he has grown from a 7ounce rescue kitten to healthy 19 pound rascal under their care!!! We love the staff at Pet Care!!

I had a very poor experience with this hospital. I was told they could assist me with international health certificates for all three of my animals. After scheduling an initial yearly health exam for two of my dogs, I was told they could no longer assist with the international health certificates. They were happy to take my money for the initial exam before letting me know they could not longer assist with our move.

I started coming to Petcare because of a friends recommendation. Our dog is very wary of strangers and would growl and try to bite other vets. The doctors here took their time to get to know her and while she is still nervous she isnt as aggressive. Even when she had an infection and had to go 6 times in a month they took care of her in the ba k with no problems.

I went to Africa for doctors without borders and I had to leave my pregnant cat behind. She stayed at the Petcare Hospital. I was gone for a month and it felt like years. I was very disappointed when I came home to find that I had missed Lilias delivery. Thankfully the nurses had taken photos for me. Now I live in a house with eight kittens. Thank you.

I have been a Petcare customer for 10+ years! I have seen several wonderful doctors who I trust and value their opinion very much. My dog loves coming to visit, she know she will always get lots of love and attention from the staff. I have recommended Petcare to many friends and family members and will continue to do so.

I have been coming here since 1997 when the practice was by Safeway and the service and care has always been great. I live in Seattle now and still make the drive for my dog because I wouldnt trust anyone else with my little one.

Caring, dedicated staff. They put the boarding cats on another floor, away from the dogs in order to lower their stress levels. Very attentive to special feeding requests for picky eaters.

Amazing staff. Everyone is very sweet and genuine. Went to them as a second opinion and so glad I did. So happy to find a great and affordable vet for my cat.
