Unless you are in danger of immediate death, do not use this facility. The health care providers are fine, but the billing department is still in the dark ages. After you over your health concern your problems are just beginning. In the 4 years I have lived in this area and used the Clinic or hospital, they have mishandled my billing over and over. One time I was forced to go to court against their "unscrupulous" collection agency, SB&C, Ltd. Armed with Canceled check the clinic cashed, and bill with a 0 balance I was positive I would prevail. Alas, not to be. I was ordered to pay for part of THEIR attorneys fees. Since they would have never have took this to court if, IF the billing department would have not sent it to them. SO, that was my fault somehow. Did I get reimbursed for this? NO! Fast forward to the present. A workers comp injury. I was sure they could not mess this up, but they stepped to the plate and proved me wrong. I have received bill after bill. I have talked to the billing department three times to let them know it was not being billed right. Was told that the state declined the payment. I called the Department of Labor in Olympia and was informed they have never received a bill from Skagit Hospital/Clinic. Today I received another Form Letter from the Pit Bull, and I hate using that term as it insults a fine breed of dog, SB&C, Ltd. Warning me of future Judgments. After another call to Skagit clinics billing department VOICE MAIL. I have been told it once again, they will contact me within 24 hours. Please, PLEASE find another facility. One should never fear this incompliance after a health emergency.

Although the nurses are very kind n mostly helpful, i wish the Dr. Would seem to care more about my loved one who even the Dr said she is her on a very harmful chronic stomach illness. The stop by once a day for less then five minutes n tell us the same thing everyday for over seven days now will my mother only worsens , i rate the care of our two Drs a even two . Because my mother has not eatin anything in seven days n they dont even pay attention to it,when she tells them she is feeling worse n worse they respond in a manner witch implies that she is lieing . Not knowing that ask year we had a family friend die over the same reason why my mother was admitted in to the hospital. All we ask is for the same care that we would get if we had the money to be in a nicer room and not this Dshs section of the hospital they put us in along with many other poor sick souls, as if we were on the titanic and we only had enough money for the passage an not the luxuries of at least having people act as if they are interested in ones will being. So Dr at skagit well not all only the ones in the bottom floor area the 1000s colloms . Do your job and help our loved ones cuz you may not no that your lazyness may cause a family to loose their last parent, a grandma that is dearly loved by her 3 grandchildren all under age 9 . We put her life in your hands , act like a life is worth something to you Drs . Cuz if not next i blog it will have your name Dr

My name is Howard Newman and yesterday I went to see my hemeotologist and he was so concerened about my drastic change in my appearance that he suggestd and I agreed to be admitted for however long it took for me to get better also he said he would do blood work and a head to toe CT scan. He [my doc] said I was to see a DR Russel. I waited for a very long time by myself in an ER room before a Dr Roberts and his stenographer Cameron who took down everything. When I asked about Dr Russel I was curtly told that he was in another room and would not see him however Dr Roberts assured me he could help me. Anyway I never got to see Dr Russel and the clinic had closed and worst of all Dr. Kajouris receptionists never told my my mom I was in the ER and she waited until the Clinic closed and the tried to find me. It was pure luck I saw her wandering around outside the ER confused and having a Diabetic low blood sugar which can be very severe. Anyway Dr. Roberts gave me a 1mg Ativan and the BUMSRUSH to the exit of the ER. I would just like an honest explanation of what happened. Nothing More. Also Dr Roberts gave me multiple reasons why he could not help me because of policy and procedures of the ER. He also treated me like a scumbag drugseeker witch I am not, I have 7 years of continuous sobriety and can prove any way thats what happened and if you need further details or elboration my home phone # is 3363685 thank you!!!!

After getting a call from my sons daycare stating he was having trouble breathing we ran him into the local urgent care where they took one look at him and told us to take him to the ER (skagit valley hospital) they told us they where going to call ahead (and they did) this ER is a JOKE ....at this very moment we have been here for 3 hours, an hour to get an x ray, an hour to get the results (pneumonia) and now we have been waiting another hour JUST TO GET THE PRESCRIPTION so we can get our 2 year old son his meds (if the pharmacy is still open! )....and since hes struggling to breath hopefully this delay wont make his breathing worse .....totally disgusted wont be back here EVER

My husband and i have been to their ER many times and some of the md and nurses there treated him like he was a drug addict. I dont know if there are cnas that work with the nurses but the nurse helping my husband out didnt help clean him up after his procedure like she was too good to do cna work so i ended up doing it (i am a nurse too) if you have good insurance or look like u have money and arent a drug seeker theyll treat u fine but other than that its a typical hospital that judges every person because mds dont want to risk their licenses. Some of the ER receptionists and registration staff dont have good customer service especially if they know youre a regular.

RIDICULOUS!!!!!!! My son was seen in July of 2015 while he was attending a Boy Scout Camp. While the radiology claim was filed and paid by Tricare, the hospital never filed their claim. For the past year and a half we have been harassed and even sent to collections for this bill. I have called and left multiple messages with billing, but of course they never answer their phone and dont return calls. I know they can file a claim with Tricare because the radiology claim was filed and paid. Dont go to this hospital unless you LOVE harassing phone calls and a lot of effort to get your claim paid! I wish I could give them negative stars!!!!
