I took my new Standard Poodle Connor here for the first time for a well pet check and he was so well cared for on just that first visit that I ended up buying a plan with them. I am kind of a helicopter dog mom so Edwin at the front desk probably knows me by now and never acts like I call too much or I am a pain so for that I appreciate him. He is also so cheerful on the phone and being in customer service for 10 years I love that when I call a place. In addition I had Connor castrated there and they did a fantastic job and Connor STILL loves going in. I have booked Connor for a tooth cleaning and cant wait to bring him in year after year. If you are looking for a FANTASTIC vet clinic with great prices and even monthly plans then you have found the place. Banfield Newcastle is AMAZING!!

Awesome neighborhood vet clinic. Friendly staff knew us and our dog by name after a few visits. Reasonable prices, always clean, and theyre great with our shy dog. I highly recommend them.
