Very frustrated with their receptionist, Donna. My daughters pediatrician sent over a referral for occupational therapy that included all of our insurance information. Donna then called me to schedule an appointment and I gave her the same insurance information. When I arrived for an evaluation appointment today and handed Donna my insurance cards, she informed me that they didnt accept my daughters secondary insurance. Since I cannot afford to pay out of pocket, we had to walk out of the office. I cannot fault them for not accepting our insurance, that is their decision, but I definitely should have been informed of that before scheduling an appointment and getting my hopes up that my daughter would finally be getting help. Terrible customer service.

i thought all of the therapist were very welcoming and made sure their only goal was to get me better. and that means a lot to me. my over all experience at this clinic was very good. and if i get hurt again ill be coming back to this clinic
