I will NEVER return here! Or any other Pacfic Medical Center! I got y kids out of bed at 7 am (toddlers!!) drove an hour to get into a dr because I have ONE KIDNEY, and I had a BAD bladder infection! I was peeing blood! I was running late, called ahead, they told me as long as I made it within 15 minutes of my appointment time I would be seen. I needed to be seen desperately! I got there at exactly 15 minutes, which they told me was the cut off, and I came rushing in through the door, I had run up the stairs because their elevator wasnt running fast enough. And she made me reschedule! After I pretty much begged to be seen, told her I drove an hour, told her my two toddlers were in the car with my husband who took off work to take me. She refused to let me be seen! I was so heartbroken I cried all the way back to my car. I wouldnt have taken anymore time than to pee in a cup and I needed antibiotics. Thats it. They have no compassion for people who desperately need help.

These guys are great its so clean inside I didnt know dr offices could be so nice. Its also never very busy when I go. Dr lee was fantastic and very thorough she made sure I didnt have any concerns. My last dr blew me off and made me nervous to do to the dr but dr lee was great and made me feel comfortable.

I will drive 30 minutes and pay a toll to come here. The people are wonderful, dont ask about my religion and dont make intrusive decisions about my health based on their religion. Perfect!

Wonderful staff, they are very organized and detailed, and listen to all of your concerns. Beautiful office as well.
