I wish I could review the office separate from the doctor. I absolutely love my PA. Krista spends time understanding your needs, asks a lot of questions, and is great at the people aspect. That is the ONLY reason I go there. I am thinking of nominating them for the TV show "The Profit" so he can come in and revamp the company. The waiting room makes me feel like I am on a low income health program. Shabby looking waiting area, bathroom with giant stacks of pee-cups just looking messy, and overall bad vibe. The front desk hates you. Whether you talk to them by phone or check in at the front desk you get the same thing. They treat you like they are always mad you called and overwhelmed by your existence. As a company owner I cant understand how you would not clean house and start over with a better look and better people. It just doesnt make sense. Like I said, my PA is good enough to make me keep coming back, but ugh... time to make the whole experience better!

WORST DOCTORS OFFICE I HAVE EVER BEEN TO!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I went in and there was no one waiting in the lobby when I got there and was told it wouldnt be too ling of a wait. I ended up waiting over 2 1/2 hours while about 8 people came and went while I was sitting there. The girl behind the counter came over 2 hours later asking me if Id signed in (which I had) and then said they must have forgotten about me. Then once I was finally taken in the doctor talked to me for about 5 mins before saying that he has no idea what was going on with me and that he would have to do some research online and get back to me, as in call me by next week. So not only did I not get an answer or any kind of help the doctor, he never even bothered to call me back like he said he was going to. It was the worst experience Ive ever had at any doctors office. I would never recommend them or go back.

Hit and miss. ***Pros: Fast*** 1) Two of five different docs seen are great. 2) Theyre a PCP, and walk-ins are accepted. 3) You might be out the door with a prescription in less than an hour. ***Cons: Disorganized*** 1) Always seen by different people. 2) Knowledge of womens health and drug info seem outdated; the OTC recommended for my daughter hasnt been made in years. 3) All-paper prescriptions mean long wait at pharmacy. 4) Front desk not familiar with all insurance they accept, and how to accept it. 5) Doc unfamiliar with, then refused sign state-required form. 6) Promised referrals not sent after 3 requests. 7) Used old phone number after correct one was provided; did not contact me via 2nd phone number on chart or by mail regarding time-sensitive diagnosis and referral to specialist. Still trying to get a simple ENT referral one month later.

I have only seen Krista at this location and Im incredibly picky when it comes to doctors, but I love her. She listens to all of my concerns and answers all of my questions thoroughly. She never makes me feel rushed or has her foot halfway out the door on her way to her next patient while talking to me. She truly makes you feel like your well being is her main concern. I would give this place 5 stars if it werent for the half hour wait past your appointment time, even when you show up early, and the incredibly rude receptionists!

I saw a Dr. Man Kit Yuen where it took 3 visits to be able to try to get the referrals I needed and to be taken seriously about a few of my conditions. I then asked to see another Dr. Eugene Krebsbach who on the first visit lectured me about not switching Dr.s. He then questioned literally everything I said and questioned if I even want treatment!!! Absolutely terrible experience! I now have to drive far away to see a DR. as they told me to go somewhere else before I even complained to anyone!

Office staff is great! Ownership always a bit wonky letting good PAs & MDs go without advance notice to patients. Replacements not as good. Medical staff use to be good in the past, but new doctors I cannot recommend. FYI - PA Jim S. is over at ZoomCare Fishers Landing & Dr. Nicoski is now at Adventist Health in Fishers Landing. In addition, now Urgent Medical Center no longer accepts our insurance. All good things must come to an end. It was a good 11 1/2 year run.

One of the very few places in town that will take my 91 year old grandmothers Medicare insurance. The staff are always pleasant, easy to deal with, and fairly quick with paperwork. The doctors have been kind, competent, and willing to do whats necessary paperwork-wise to work with Grandmas care home. It is easy to get appointments for her even in the same day if necessary. I am so thankful we found them!

Completing the process of a DOT physical evaluation could not have been easier. My Physicians Assistant Krista was wonderful to work with, with excellent bedside manners. She was kind and answered all of my questions and concerns. She is a valuable asset to this location, and it is my best guess that she will be poached by some other competitor in the industry by the time of my next physical!

Most awful urgent care I have ever been to. The doctor didnt put in any dictation for notes, and left for vacation. My daughter has an infected bug bite, and he refused to give me antibiotic..... Just wait it out he told us..... Now the clinic wont prescribe anything, her bite is getting worse, and they told us to go somewhere else. If I could have rated it with no stars.... I WOULD!
