Add: This office is doing better than the initial appointments I had (did not and will not go back), the desk issue of the insurance was corrected and after a request, all referrals eventually went through (though so delayed I had managed to book my own), the chart program is functional for records but not intertwined across the board so most outside specialists are not coordinated (most mycharts do this and are not universal) and the office is fulfilling medication issues rather than numerous unneeded appts being scheduled. The drs do have a fine bedside trait but the variety of clientele must be overwhelming so write down all issues and bring/rebring it in for appts since a overview of your chart is not guaranteed, be diligent in watching chart diagnosis, referrals, and billing. ------- Incompetent to the point I wondered if I had offended this office in a pastlife or resembled a serial killer. Im not sure of the other offices in town but after my appointments here, this was the worst health care experience I have ever had and I have seen dozens of drs over my lifetime from pcps for colds to REALLY cranky heads of department for extensive disabilities. Its worth the gas money to find functional care.

Since losing my job as a computer engineer and my house, and having to go on Medicaid, Im used to being treated like Im insignificant. But this place really goes that extra mile in talking down to me. It must be nice having a captive audience you can treat this way. The actual care is just short of passable, which is why I gave them two stars instead of one. The probably 5 minutes total I was able to get with a nurse practitioner at least resulted in getting some of the meds I needed, such as insulin. So, at least they did the absolute minimum possible necessary. They are probably really jaded about having to deal with poor people and the inconvenient problems associated with poverty, and boy, they sure come across that way to me. My suggestion for this review is that they evaluate the compassion level of their staff and try to find people less condescending and more caring, though the main receptionist is helpful.

I have always found them to be helpful and friendly. They serve a lot of people and I find it hard to believe they would refuse care as I, myself, have had urgent medical issues and not only been seen the same day by my PCP, Kim Kelsey, she also, coordinated my ER care and even offered to call a ambulance. Dawn Maurice and Annette, at the Front Desk are wonderful as is Kymberly, the Medical Assistant that assist my PCP. I would refer anyone of my family or friends to the WOODLAND office. These people work very hard every day and I truly appreciate them. Thanks to everyone at this excellent clinic that provides excellent health care to the community!

The wait in the waiting room is sometimes long but thats because they spend the time with patients. I have always been early for my appointments and the staff is polite and caring. My Doctor Rachel Baker is thorough and caring. Sometimes my referrals take some time but they eventually get me hooked up with the specialists I need to see. Yes they are in a strip mall next to a laundromat, yes they see a lot of poor people. I got over that and found the staff efficient and polite.

Terrible clinic.... if youre lucky enough to get a decent doctor, dont get attached, theyll be gone by your next visit.the overwhelmed staff will also take their frustrations out on the patients. I feel changing to this clinic for its close to home location was a huge mistake,as we end up going to Vancouver for proper services anyway.

They string you along and when it becomes more work than compensation, they tell you to f-off....Plus, they dont help you set appointments or when they do, youre faced with a 60 mile drive....Vancouver would be closer, but noooooo, gotta go to Longview....

I have never dealt with such inept staff! Repeatedly failed to fill prescriptions. Repeatedly failed to connect with me or contact me. Repeatedly failed to treat my husband properly. I will never be going back to this office.

I like them, just dont expect things to go very quickly; referrals, letters etc. Not even court ordered document changes. They are all kind and caring but they might have too much on their plate right now.

Quite possibly the rudest clinic I have ever been to. I took a neighbor down for an emergency situation involving a large laceration. They refused care, and were very disrespectful and condescending.

I drove 30 minutes to get there. I walked in 5 minutes late to my appointment. They made me re-schedule for 3 weeks later. I had already waited 3 weeks to get in. On top of it they were very rude.
