They have absolutely no interest in your actual oral health or if youre in pain or not. The first thing they address with you before they even look in your mouth is your "method of payment". Had a crown that cracked and fell off exposing my nerve. Came in and was told I had to pay $650 upfront BEFORE the procedure. I WASNT EVEN IN THE CHAIR YET AND HAD NO EXAMINATION YET EITHER!!! I have DUAL dental insurance that would cover 90% of the cost no questions asked. The receptionist looked at me like she couldnt believe I really had dental insurance either. They discuss payment with you before they even look in your mouth to see the problem! The doctor also tried pushing extra things onto me that werent necessary like X Rays of my teeth that werent even on the same side as the crown. Pushed me to have a gas sedative to "make me less roughty" which costs an extra $150 that is not covered since it is a luxury anesthesia that isnt needed. By far the worst place I have ever been. If anybody with any form of position with the ADA or the state board of licensing...PLEASE INVESTIGATE THESE PEOPLE. They are pill pushers and have no regard for the patients well being. For your sake, steer clear from this place my friends.

I came here with a very painful toothache whilst travelling in the USA from Australia. I was extremely relieved when our hotel concierge was able to organise an appointment here within an hour of phoning, despite it being late on a Friday afternoon. I waited approx half an hour once arriving, but this is fairly standard for medical appointments in Australia (particularly when its emergency and difficult to predict how long other patients treatments will take). My tooth was x-rayed and the doctor said it should be removed, which she could do right then and there. What a relief! I was given pain killers and the whole thing was over in about 15 minutes. Very impressive! I found all the staff to be polite, helpful and put me at ease. The doctor and dental nurse were friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. The follow up care was also great. Would highly recommend this place if you need to get a dental issue sorted quickly! My tooth healed just fine and I was able to enjoy the rest of our vacation. The cost was also very reasonable and completely covered by my travel insurance which was a further relief.

Over a year ago in early 2016, disoriented, I somehow found my way to this dental office, after a procedure under General anesthesia caused my jaw to clench breaking out most of my upper molars (crowns). Yet I left there will all the crowns still in my pocket. They did NOTHING to help me, but they did charge my Amex for exam and xrays. I didnt even remember going there, I was THAT disoriented. About a year later when (still in my sick bed and disabled) I got a bill for additional charges. If an elderly disoriented person stumbled into my office with their teeth LITERALLY in their pocket, I wouldnt charge them hundreds of dollars for an exam and xrays and push them out the door with the exact same emergency they entered with. The humane thing would have been to try to find out if there was someone who was (or should have been) looking after them, and to contact that person. If I couldnt do that I would minimally call the police. They did this to me because dealing with a disoriented old person, who CLEARLY had suffered some type of mishap, wasnt convenient or profitable.

Terrible experience. Patient care clearly far less important than making money. I went in with an infection caused by a piece of food trapped under the gum around my wisdom tooth. Id had the issue a few years before and all I needed was a high-pressure clean with water to flush away whatever was there. This time, less than a minute into the consultation with the dentist, I was being asked if I wanted to have a second wisdom tooth removed. I was a little confused, so the dentist clarified that she would remove the offending tooth then and there, but was asking me if I wanted another removed at the same time! When I suggested that might be boiling the ocean and asked to have the area simply cleaned, I was told (after a long wait) it would only cost $25 less for the clean than for the extraction. Long story short, when it became clear to both the receptionist and the dentist that their bullying tactics were not going to work, I was sent on my way with a prescription as a lost cause. I would have given no stars if it was an option.

Walked in today because I had swelling on my gums underneath an impacted wisdom tooth. Ive only been in Seattle for a little over three weeks so I dont have a regular dentist here. My insurance covers me in California, but they reassured me they could work with it and it sounds like it will work out fine. At this point I didnt really care of the cost because I just wanted relief. The receptionist was really nice and made sure that costs were okay with me before doing anything. They did some xrays and told me that I did need to get it removed. Unfortunately they couldnt do it today (that was expected), but I have an appt tomorrow morning for it. The doctor flushed out my gums before I left which hurt, but totally relieved some pain and then prescribed me some medicine. Super nervous about the surgery, but I think theyll take good care of me.

I went in late on a week day. There was only 2 people in this office. The building is old and it was extremely hot that day and there was no air conditioning or fans. I was sticking on my seat in this exam room that was as small as a closet. All the equipment was old and the x-ray machine sounded bad. I was told I needed a root canal. Not much was explained to me but the cost of everything. I was asked to make a decision because it was 8:15 and the parking garage closed at 9. I have a severe anxiety at the dentist as it is and to be rushed to go through this procedure without any nitrous or anything was difficult for me. I asked the dentist for her card and she says she doesnt have one. I to this day dont even know the dentists name. I couldnt walk out of that place so fast. WARNING RUN FAR AWAY!

I was in a lot of pain, and dont have a regular dentist, or good credit. Double bummer. But, I was able to be seen right away and they have an in-house financing option, so I am able to make payments on the work I had done. I did have to have a panoramic xray done twice because the dentist did not know how to do it properly (it was an older maching). I am not a fan of unnecessary radiation, plus it made me unsure of the dentist, but once I got into the chair I was reassured. He is new (just licensed this year), which I think probably helped since he remembers everything from school and isnt jaded yet. My work is still healing (I had a wisdom tooth removed), but it seems to be healing well. The procedure itself was quick and pain-free. I reccommend this office. :)
