I must be the only person in Seattle that thinks this place is horrible. My experience was completely different on the 6 or so visits I had with Dr. Manuel. I was ignored by the front desk for almost 10 minutes on two separate occasions, both times due to the receptionists personal phone call that I could clearly hear! I explained that I have severe pain keeping my mouth open for extended periods of time due to a bad car accident but the dentist still kept stopping, with tools and hands still in my mouth, to have an inane, ongoing conversation with her daughter about warm hand towels! When I asked for an ibuprofen so that I could counter any inflammation you would have think that I asked for heroin- reluctantly they gave me one. As far as actual dentistry, other than the infected gum I got from a bone chip she accidentally caused when giving me a filing, it was o.k.

I have been a very satisfied patient of Dr. Connie Manuels since she bought this practice from my previous dentist. I love the friendly and supportive atmosphere and the interest all of the staff show in me. Ive had crowns, fillings, and preventive care over these years and have always felt that I was in good hands. I was specifically helped in navigating the whole process of a tooth implant. That included helping me decide what to do and connecting me with the UW Dental School for an affordable way to do this procedure. (By the way I cannot say enough good things about the state-of-the-art care I received from graduate students at the UW.) I wholeheartedly recommend Connie and her staff for dental care.

My wife and I took our newborn son here after learning that he was tongue tied and was having difficulty feeding. Dr. Manuel was able to see us the very next day and what a difference it made! A few other places we called wouldnt see us for a few weeks...We cannot thank the staff enough for helping our family get off to a healthy start! Everyone at the office was so kind and helpful, they really helped to put us at ease during the entire thing. You can tell that they genuinely care about their patients. We live in Auburn but will be making them our family dental office. Thank you Dr. Manuel, Erin, and Natasha!

I have been going to Connie for over 15 years. She has a very delicate touch no doubt learned from her years as a hygenist. She makes every procedure as painless as possible, unlike any other Ive had. I used to dread going to the dentist (who doesnt), but her practice has made it almost festive. Okay, maybe not exactly a party, but at least I dont feel like Im on my way to an execution. Seriusly, she knows her stuff and is always interested in what is going on in my life. Besides, they have great espresso dribnks and always fresh cookies. Who doesnt like that!

My husband and I have been going to Espresso Dental for several years. We are very pleased with the professional level of the staff and the courteous way weve been treated. The surroundings are clean and relaxing. Dr. Connies chair looks out on serene garden-like area. The billing procedures are clear and appointments are on time. If one can say going to the dentist is a pleasant experience, this place is it!

Unique, wonderful dental office - My husband and I have been going to Dr. Connie for about 8 years and now my two kids have started. The little ones are very comfortable and enjoy going to the dentist when we go to Dr. Connies office. I appreciate that the office is not stuffy and I enjoy the uniqueness with cookies, espresso machine (so Seattle), and charming hygienists that keep my teeth clean and smooth.

I have been going here for a very long time. The staff is knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. The office and atmosphere is friendly and coffee and cookies always nice. Its easy to get to, the chairs have TVs and its easy to lose track of time as the work goes by. I would highly recommend them.
