I am not happy that 8 months later I was forced into a payment plan because the "tricky" billing for insurance didnt go through. At the time I had a care credit account that I used and i told them I didnt want to take any chances that my insurance didnt pay for it. But I was assured there wouldnt be a problem. I spent over $6000 on teeth work. I referred 4 friends and 4 family members. I never got a thank you. Just a rude phone call as if I was a delinquent. Very upsetting. Dr. Bienstock is an amazing dentist. But they need to get their insurance billing on the right track.

Great front desk and hygienists, but the dentists they contract are garbage. I had my wisdom teeth removed and was put under only to wake up half way through the procedure. After this and my wifes own bad experience we went to another dentist. They discovered several issues including one that needed emergency surgery, all which Southcenter missed. I guess if you need a dentist with a good payment plan then you can go here, but if you want thorough care... try somebody else.

Im not sure where the last person that commented went, but everyone from the dentist down to the lovely ladies answered all my questions, they were all attentive, smiled and held real conversations with me. this office had amazing customer service, actually they treated me like a friend. I have been recommending them to my whole restaurant. thank you guys
