I used to go to this vet all the time. The staff was nice and the Dr was knowledgeable. Unfortunately my cat had a problem with trying to give birth and the kittens calcified in the womb. I was told they would induce her into labor and pass the fetuses naturally and tie her tubes which would have only cost about $100. I brought her in and they decided to do a C-section instead without telling me how much more it would cost (about $600). I didnt have that much money when I came to pick her up and they said I couldnt get back my cat until I could pay off the majority of the debt. I wasnt going to be paid for another 2 weeks and wasnt about to let me cat recover in a box without the love and care she deserves. So instead of trying to set up some sort of payment plan, they told me my only other option was to apply for a credit card. I was only 19, was working minimum wage job and living on my own. I felt like I was duped, like I had to go into debt to get my cat back. Made me highly reconsider bringing any of my animals back.

What an amazing staff! My husband and I were recently and sadly faced with having to put to sleep a cat of ours that was near 25 years old. It was a very emotional experience and the staff at Cascade Park Animal Hospital were so accommodating. Everyone was very sweet and sympathetic. You could tell these were people who were truly in the business of loving and caring for animals because they too had tears in their eyes. They also had a special room just for the purpose of spending those last few moments with your pet rather than sit in an exam room. A very nice touch. This was our first experience with CPAH as we are new to the area. We have three other cats and a dog and will feel 100% confident bringing them in for their services and know theyll get the best care possible. We so greatly appreciate Cascade Park Animal Hospital and its staff.

I can not tell you enough good things about "EVERYONE here at Cascade Park Animal Hospital. They have always been so outstanding, caring and compassionate. They all work together there as a "TEAM" so there is no power struggles going on and they really do care about peoples animals. The love and care they have always shown for my two cats I have seen them be the same way with other pet families when I have been in their office. So this truly is a caring place. They know their business and they are the best at it in my opinion. Not that there are not other good places out there, but this is the BEST in my eyes, you will never regret taking your family member here. :-)

Dr. Haddock is the "Cat Whisperer" and I have taken my 3 1/2 cats (three cats & one kitten) to her for several years now. She is very caring and can get to the issue right away…Amazing! Plus they have the most adorable office cats that hang out to greet you when you arrive. I would recommend Dr. Haddock to any cat lovers (oh and dog lovers as well!).

Best vet I have been to in a while. The staff really takes care in the pets. I work long hours and find it difficult to find the time to take my pet to the vet. They give me the option to drop my Yorkie off in the morning and pick her up after work. The dr. also does grooming on Saturdays too. Its cheaper than Petco and she does a fantastic job!

My dog has never been treated with this much compassion from a veterinarian before. Dr was very knowledgeable and got down on the floor, at my dogs level so she didnt need to be lifted onto a high table. I was not pressured into treatments that didnt have my dogs best interest in mind. I would recommend this facility to any dog owner in the area.

My first time going to a vet and I was so nervous and so was my kitty, hes about a year old and was overdue for his shots and he needed to be neutered. They were so awesome! He loved their vibe and waltsed right up to each doctor that came in the room! Thanks for making my experience comfortable and treating my baby with the utmost respect. ❤️

I made a appointment yesterday to get a problem examination for my baby girl Mary. And we ended up having to do a euthinasion. But the staff and the vet were all super sentimental and were very heart felt. I recomend this vet so much. They are so kind. And cost friendly.

Excellent place, wonderful people to deal with, this was my first visit but it will not be my last, they are wonderful with animals. We had to leave our dog overnight and when we picked her up she was perfect. I think she really enjoyed her stay.

Get Kristi, she is a vet tech at the hydrotherapy area of this veterinarian office. She is great and super worry about dogs. Very professional and not interested on making money but interested on your dog and nothing else and I like that.

Kristan and Emily are TERRIFIC with my dog, Genevieve. She needs physical therapy in the pool, and they treat her like I do, with respect and love. I highly recommend any physical therapy done here.

Great Veterinary hospital but I wish they would kick out that puppy mill every time I go in there I hear puppies barking non stop!
