Dr. Hurtubise is wonderful. Bummed that the front office lady left last year, she was the best at adjusting my sons glasses when he bent them out of shape! Weve had nothing but superb service at Honey Bee for the past four years or so that my son has been a patient there. NUMEROUS times weve had to get his glasses back into useable condition after hes been hit in the head with a ball or been wrestling with his brother. They have always taken great care of my son and his eyecare needs! =) Highly recommend to young and old alike.

Called to setup an eye appointment for my daughter. Setup an appointment with them for 2 weeks later and they said theyd check the insurance and let me know if there were any issues. They called 30 mins prior to the appointment and told me they dont take it. Not taking it is fine, waiting until 30 mins before the appointment to confirm this is not.

I was thoroughly impressed by Dr. Jan Hurtubise and her front office staff. The doctor herself was professional, knowledgeable and attentive. This was the best prescription I have ever had and am completely happy with my experience. I recommend her highly.

We had a good visit. I was given all my options from least expensive to more expensive with no sales pressure. Then the doctor even fixed my wifes old glasses from another provider at no charge until her new pair gets here. Thanks Doc HURTUBISE.

The doc was really friendly but had trouble getting my prescription right. I kept going back to try and get her to fix it and would get charged each time. I stopped going b/c I didnt feel like I should be charged for her to fix what she got wrong.

They said my glasses were going to be ready in a month and its been two months already. I needed them. I called and they never answer. I did leave a couple voicemails and never got a phone call back from them. Seriously not worth your time.

This office is very professional. The Doctor and staff bend over backwards to help you. I received my glasses in a timely manner and they are the best prescription I have ever had! I love them! I would recommend them to everyone!

Worst eye Dr I have ever been too. Took over a month too get my eyeglasses. My first prescription was wrong. Went back and had too wait almost three weeks too get my new ones
