My experience at the VA is as followed if you are a patient in the VA do not go to the VA store because they treat all of the patients in the hospital different than they do the employees you better be able to follow you treatment team to the letter because they will not follow it themselves and sometimes you end up getting stuff you didnt know was part of your treatment but all I know is the VA is one of my benefits and i have to take the good with the bad

I traveled from Hampton, VA to Martinsburg VAMC to receive treatment for Substance Abuse and PTSD. The CAT-5 program saved my life. The counselors were extraordinary especially Miss Charlotte, she was famous for helping VETs on the east coast overcome the horrors of Addiction. This VA is a winner. This VA should be the model for PTSD and Substance Abuse treatment in all of the VAs Medical Centers!

I have cancer! They refuse to provide treatment. I am rated 100 percent disabled so they are responsible for providing me treatment. I am going to die and be tossed out like so much trash. I fought for this country and this country doesnt give a crap about me. This hospital will kill you! DONT GO HERE!

Reported here with ALL OF MY PAPERWORK, and had everything taken care of in 2 weeks. WITH follow up calls to ask if I needed anything. Free gun locks upon request, helpful and fast staff. If someone below is bitching, ignore them. Everyone was super helpful. I dont believe half the 1* reviews.

I have been going there for 15 years now. I havent found any problems with any of the Drs. I did run into some situations with some of the workers. But all in all the care and the way I get my meds is top notch. You couldnt ask for better.

The service was fine but this is not a starbucks. They just sell some starbucks products. No almond milk or heavy cream. Drinks were good but not the normal starbucks flavor. No specialty flavors either.

Patriot Cafe filthy. Would be closed if Health Dept. visited. Health care improving. Now if only staff would act like doctors or nurses and stop with the interviewing and ticking off the boxes.
