Had surgery scheduled for a Monday. Get a call on Friday saying the anesthesiologist canceled the surgery. When i demanded to know what the reason for this I couldnt get an answer. The administration keep saying things about an ICU unit and they dont have one. I was like lady, I am having a cyst taken off my wrist, not open heart surgery. I told them I wanted to talk to the anesthesiologist that made the decision to cancel the surgery and they stated that they could not help me with that.

We had a excellent experience for our out patient surgery, from start to finish. Every person we met and interacted with was caring, kind and helpful. The waiting area was cozy like a ski lodge, clean plenty of room. There is a cafe off the waiting area with tasty, and freshly made food, for next to nothing! Everyone took care of my daughter like she was theirs. This is how it should be done everywhere. Well done.

Staff was amazing!! My 3yr old daughter went in for surgery, everyone was great with her. They definitely know how to make children feel calm and loved in all the stress of the day. They even sent her a card with notes from her "team" that day, she was delighted! Thanks oak leaf!!!!

I had a microdiscectomy yesterday. Every single doctor and nurse genuinely cares about your health, well being, and comfort. The facility itself is clean, comfortable, and beautiful. Even the food is great. The surgery was successful. You are in very good hands while youre here.

Woke up mid-procedure in excruciating pain. Apparently they hadnt planned ahead for that possibility because they didnt have any more sedation meds in the room and had to "go get some".
