I was SO impressed with the technicians and with Dr.Peck! All my questions and concerns were answered & addressed! I couldnt believe how calm & relaxed my dog was. That has NEVER happened before, I feel that because she was so much at ease there, that Im confident we found our new veterinary care clinic! Ill be bringing my Golden Retriever in soon. Im on disability & my dogs are my everything. They help my anxiety & assist with my physical disability, I was scared to bring them in because I (actually we) have had some bad experiences in the past. To see her so comfortable with your employees was such a HUGE relief ! I felt my anxiety fade away! Thank you from the bottom of my heart! You really dont know how important this was to me! I took 10 business cards and I only have 1 left for me. I have handed them out to so many people who kept asking me what I thought. Obviously I thought very highly of you all! A special thank you to Dr. Peck for all her help! I couldnt think of anything more you could have done to make our experience better so I thought I would tell you how much better you were than expected! LML

I took my cat in to see Dr. Peck for a skin problem. The appointment was made in the morning and he was able to be seen in a couple of hours. Dr Peck was very gentle and calm with Fritz (who is usually not good with new people and surroundings). She was very knowledgeable and clear when explaining the problem with my cat. Dr. Peck was easy to talk to and I appreciated the fact that she was not judgmental when discussing my cats weight (he is overweight, and have been trying to work on this). I have had a vet "scold" me about this and treated me like I was an irresponsible cat owner. Overall my experience was very good. I was in and out in no time (but not rushed). This facility seems very organized and efficient.

Bluemound Animal Hospital makes it incredibly easy to request and schedule appointments using the Pet Partner app. I receive medication and appointment reminders, and can input information about my animals. At the vet, the staff are all very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I have never worried when any of my pets have needed a test or surgery - I know they will be well taken care of and they come out happy and relaxed. My doctor is the best - she really takes the time to check out my pets and explain things to me. This vet really makes it easy for me to not worry about my pets and when I do, helps me through the process of caring for them.

Dr. Eckerle told me she could not understand the reports that I had sent over from my other vet. This was concerning because an extensive work-up was done by them and I needed to review it with her because the problem was still ongoing. She didnt mean it wasnt legible, she meant she just couldnt understand the results. She stayed with us for 5-10 minutes, offered no help other than trying antibiotics again and then when I asked her if there were any areas of concern that she noticed, she said no, turned around, ROLLED HER EYES and walked out. Did not even say goodbye. I am still shocked she rolled her eyes. Not a good experience.

Expensive, at times incompetent. Had 4 cats that I took there for ten years +...one cat died due to misdiagnosis, another cat prescribed wrong dose of insulin, and they refused to take an emergency appointment for him on a Saturday morning and tried to shove us off onto a 24 hour emergency vet..even though we had been taking our cats there for over ten years. They were not always this way...prices used to be reasonable, service used to be good. Now they are an assembly line practice looking to maximize profits at every turn. Five years ago I would have rated them 4 stars or better...things have REALLY deteriorated here.

I was in town for the holidays and needed to get one of my dogs in for a cough that he had. I found Bluemound Animal Hospital online and saw that they had great ratings so I decided to take my sweet boy there. They were able to get me in for an appointment right away and did a fantastic job. They were very courtesy and friendly. They explained what was going on with my boy and what the best course of treatment would be. Their prices were affordable. If I am ever back in town with my dogs again, I would certainly take them to Bluemound Animal Hospital again.

My mom and I took our puppies in for spaying. The staff and Vets were very informative and answered all our questions patiently. They also understood that we wanted to know if they would house the girls together to keep them more comfortable. They told me they were about to suggest that themselves. Both dogs came through with flying colors and were returned to us the next morning. happy and wagging. I have used this facility for other animals Ive had and have always trusted them with my pets. Would and have recommended them to friends.

I have a umbrella cockatoo. so its not easy to find a vet that really knows what there doing. I found Dr Weaver to be the best for my bird. Ive had other vets and every time my bird would come back to me feathers all a mess , his heart would be beating fast & he would be terrified. when he comes back from Dr Weaver , he is COMPLETELY the same as he always is. THAT is what made me realized that I found My vet. he sees my dog and my bearded dragon too. I highly recommend this vet

I have been very pleased with the staff and Doctors at Bluemound Animal Hospital..The front desk staff are friendly, personable and willing to go the extra mile. The Vets are wonderful also ! Another thing that is very appreciated is that if your animal needs medication you are able to get it there--and the price is actually better than Walgreens prices.....and if you need the pills split they do it for you...!

I called around to check prices at different offices, and the price at BAH is what got me to schedule an appointment in the first place. My dog was more relaxed here than any other vet we have been to. It is important to me that she not be stressed out, and the staff at BAH made her feel like we were visiting friends. So, good staff, good prices, good experience. I have already recommended them to friends.

I have been with this vet for so many years I cant even count! My only complaint is you get charged a "wellness exam" fee for just stepping foot in the door. My last visit was for my dogs ear infection and he never received a wellness exam...it was strictly an ear swab and culture. I was charged the wellness exam fee. I dont think it should be charged unless it is needed and approved by the customer.

Ive used this vet since i was 4 and my grandma used to take our dog here. They are by far the most reasonably priced in the area, theyre very good with my animals, their staff is kind. My gsd doesnt like her nails being trimmed, and has never put up a fuss with the staff here, which is a big deal for me, as it shows her trust. Almost 30 years of taking all my pets here, and many more to come!
