Seemed like a wonderful hospital. New to this area so thought Id give it a try. Staff and doctor were wonderful!! But then of course comes the bill after insurance pays their pathetically small portion. Most people dont pay their medical bills and get away with it. Me being a middle class person who is honest would like to pay their bills and keep a clean slate. What hoops you have to go through to set up a payment plan!! Never have I been put through so much just to pay my bill. The information that is required is ridiculous!! They want to know EVERY bill that I pay a month including proff, pay stub, bank statements, TAX RETURNS, etc. Im surprised they didnt ask to hold my first born for ransom. Dont go to this hospital unless you are able to pay for your entire bill in full. VERY DISAPPOINTED. Guess Ill be going back to Wheaton or Aurora.

worst place to go for an emergency. my sister was In her 3rd trimester and bleeding. they told her she was dilated, that the blood was active (meaning New blood) and that she was having a miscarriage. handed her miscarriage pamphlets and all. left the room and sent images and videos to get obgyn at home and she told the doctor my sister wad just fine. went to her Dr the next morning and was not at All dilated and the blood was very obvious that it was old blood. very dark from possible blood vessel that popped. mind you, the nurse brought her the miscarriage pamphlet BEFORE the ER Dr even told her she was having a miscarriage. before we even got ant news of what was happening with the baby. if youre not going for cardiology Dr then I suggest not going at all. st Catherines is surprisingly part of the same system but are MUCH better.

Worst experience Ever!! at United Medical in Kenosha...Took my son in for ear pain and was diagnosed with a severe infection. The PA in the ER was so unprofessional and rude! He walked in and didnt even introduce himself just directly went up to my son (6 years old) and just looked in the ears. I myself being in the medical profession felt that it was not appropriate the way this PA handled this matter! Scared my kid by saying its going to burst and dont be scared if theres blood... Well I will never go there again and will use my insurance elsewhere with better communication skills with their patients. We all live busy and hectic lives but in the medical field you need patience. Ended up going to Aurora Medical Center ER with much better service. They just gained a family!

I have worked at United Hospital System for about a year now. I have to say that in comparison to the other healthcare systems that I have worked in, this system is easily the most ethical and patient centric. I have seen amazing commitment to the community and the population served by the facilities, a real focus on doing the right thing all the time, and a patient centric focus that is truly lived and breathed by the staff and leadership. The hospital has a great quality index and is constantly looking to improve the care and outcomes of all who receive health care through the system. They are selective in their clinicians and do a great job of recruiting the best possible care providers.

Hospital was very nice, but this Big Fat Nurse took my blood, while doing so, i told her that it hurts, she said, I could do This in my sleep, well, a few days later my arm was brushed n hurted for over three weeks. If you ever go to the emergency room stay from away from her, she has no business taking blood when she has no experience what so ever, the next time i go there, ill make sure i get her name to report her . you can miss her, she about 6 feet tall n about 350 pounds! I guess maybe she can take blood in her sleep but not while shes awake. They should send her back to school for training. She hit my muscles in my arm, not the vein, we believe she high or just down right dum!

My son was attacked in a brawl in December. He was taken by ambulance to this so called hospital. Everyone there seemed completely unconcerned that he had been stomped in his head by some jerk. My son was unconscious for more than a hour. I was told that he had a severe concussion and "that his bell got rung pretty good" to take him home. Needless to say one week later he was taken to a different hospital only to find he had bleeding on his brain. They said it was so bad he should be a vegetable. We are still in the process of getting him healed. I will never and I mean ever recommend this place to anyone. If you want to live dont go to this hospital.

I dont usually give reviews, but our hospital experience has been outstanding. My parent has been on 3 Palmer for over a week now and I can say that they have provided wonderful care, going above and beyond the call of duty. Doctors, nurses, CNA`s, even the cleaning staff have tried to meet every need of ours. A special shout out to the dietary department who has bent over backwards to accommodate all our food allergies. The guest trays have been outstanding in quality, consistancy, and timing of arrival. There are not enough words of praise for those who have been so kind to us in our time of grief.

I broke my hand and the er doctor on call said it was a small fracture and it would be fine!!! Well it requires 2 metal pins and surgery which cant not be done due to lack of insurance. Ive walked around with a broke for weeks. I was told to file for disability at the age of 35. Lack of compassion is a understatement by far. These are the most rude inconsiderate people in the medical profession I have ever experience Im my life. I suffer frpm severe pain but I refiluse to return that place ever.

I went to St. Catherines ER last summer and the (Infinity HealthCare) providers were great. I received much better care at this site vs. the site I went to for my first ER visit in Milwaukee a few days prior. They were able to treat me and actually cared. Great atmosphere too!

The worst, most cruel, dirty, ridiculous hospital i have ever been to. Every single time Ive had to step foot in there it has been a terrible experience. The building is decrepit. The staff are rude and sarcastic and the wait time is ridiculous, almost inhumane.

This place will send medical bills to a collection agency right away, which the president of the hospital owns. then they try to take you to court and dont work with people who have had/has cancer..

My husband was treated so well recently when we thought he had a detached retina, the staff and services were so comprehensive, and referrals to specialists. Thank you.
