Today March 23rd 2017.. I was visiting the Wheaton primary care services on the 7th floor. They have walk in hours from 9am-11am. I was doing a walk in, waited 45 minutes (wasnt upset) then got called back to see Dr. Moss. I would like to say I had a good visit with her but indeed I did not. She came into the room and skipped any kind of introduction to make 3 things very clear to me. That she was NOT my primary care dr, that she was fitting me into her schedule, and that she would only discuss 1 issue with me. I was blown away, as my tone of voice changed she then said shes not here to argue with me and she will not argue with me. Im on the verge of tears confused on what I did to her to deserve the hostility.. When Dr. Moss walks out of the room and said "Shes done." I was seen by someone else but I couldnt shake how I was treated and introduced to Dr. Moss. I waited 45 minutes knowing that I was going to see a Dr who wasnt my PMCD. I was in what is suppose to be a professional building, with professional people who want to help you no matter who you are. I also dont care about her fitting me into her schedule. Shes a DR. She is at work and she was taking walk ins, she needs to remember its her job not something shes doing for free. Have more respect for the people who allow you to keep your job because they are coming there. Ill be following the chain of commandments up to see something is done about this.

I have no idea what has happened to St. Josephs Hospital in the last seven to ten years, but keep it up the excellent work! This past weekend my family gathered around the Catheterization Lab to support my dad who was having a procedure. We had family in the waiting rooms; family calling the hospital from all over the country for updates; and family waiting nearby in their homes by their phones; surprisingly, everyone received optimal customer service. Needless to say, my family describes their interactions with the staff as FANTASTIC care and very supportive. Everyone, and I mean EVERYONE was HELPFUL. All the members of family compared stories of smiles and interpersonal interactions that calmed our fears. Both professional and ancillary staff contributed to our positive experience. Thank you so much Saint Josephs Hospital, youre really an incontestable asset to the Milwaukee community. Many Blessings, The Smith Family

I love that there is still a hospital that low income families can go to and feel comfortable, thats, great but some staff members need more training before being given big offices were they sit and do nothing all day. I am talking about a few ignorant and unqualified MSW, LCSW (social workers) that will have the nerve to lie about so called progress being make in patients behave , when in actuality they have made no effort at all! Whitley you know who you are. Most of the doctors are very concerned and have great bed side manner which is appreciated when doing "under the knife". Yes, overall this is one of the best hospitals in the city, just my opinion

Had my son here and the Family birthing center was okay. Later had to get lab tests done and the outpatient lab personnel were pretty unprofessional to say the least. I few lazy women working at the front desk. When I walked in the two of them where browsing online for shoes. Then later they had some patients walk in and I heard one of them say " Well theyre going to have to wait cause I just got comfy?!" Really? I am not taking my son back the outpatient lab. Unbelievable.

Poor customer service!!!! Been sitting in waiting room 2 hours and people walked in and got called five minutes later....smart mouth nurse says they have other issues.... Idgaf I was here two whole hours before them.waiting area naked plus clearly I have my 10&7 yr old with me .We sat from 10pm-1am in waiting area and another two hours in back.If you want to die go to this hospital... DEFINITELY WILL NOT RECOMMENDED TO ANYONE EVER IN LIFE!!!!!!!!

Had a surgery and several pet scans and I would highly recommend it. There is valet parking so thats not an issue. The pet scanner is in the building not in a trailer like the other Wheaton Hospitals and all staff I worked with was wonderful. During my surgery my husband was able to stay in my room, not in a mobbed waiting room like he did for my surgery at All Saints. Visited the four times now as a patient and am very impressed.

Smart mouth nurses. Very uncooperative and very unprofessional nurses. They pester you and try to argue with you ever second they had a chance. My mom was holding her new born baby and they tried starting arguments when the baby was sleeping peacefully eventually disturbing the baby and making it cry from the condition. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND GOING ELSEWHERE!!

My only complaint with the hospital is: While I was in the midst of my stroke I was in the waiting room in ER, I feel my lasting effects of my stroke wouldn t have been as bad as they are, If my heath wasnt put on ho;d. I feel by being in the Er for 8 + hours caused me more harm then good. But over all the staff was good, for my visit.

They are liars and scammers, like to charge for things not used in the ER rooms and not send the right information to the insurance carrier. If I could give less then one star, I would give them no stars. Do not use Wheaton Franciscan Healthcare, they have poor customer service and lie about everything. They are scammers.

I really like St Jo Emergency 3 visits all great care Last Fri I mean ed a drink of Water the Water Fountain The dirt is so disgusting unbelievable its a hospital Emergency Room operator27 refused to forward me to administration to ask to clean I remember people caring@ customer Care where r they Now :((

Why they make you see these different people when you suppose to see your doctor and then you wait on your results and the doctor dont know who the hail you are and cant give you your results because he had to make time for you to give you a physical and make you wait 4 more days to tell you

Unprofessional, i had to follow up with my shoulder dislocation i was leaning more into surgery but everytime i called them they would say the doc isnt there and leave him a message he will call me back but i NEVER received any phone calls its been 3 months and still nothing.

Only slightly good for immediate pain relief after hours of waiting. Please do not trust their diagnoses, get a second opinion. Came in for extreme problems in the liver/pancreas/gallbladder region and was sent home with the prescription of antacids.

I will never go here again! I went in for blurry vision and they fed me something trough my IV that made me immediately cough and got me so high I couldnt even stay awake! I would never ever go here again nor will I recommend anyone to stop in here!

This was the worst hospital I have ever had to go to. It was dirty, poor customer service skills and over all I would never recommend this place for anyone to go to for help. Definitely consider a different place.
