The staff and Doctor we saw were kind, caring, and compassionate. They explained everything so well and Im so thankful they fit my pet in to their schedule on a Saturday! It was also very reasonably priced. They explained every option before treatment and told me the cost for every step they would take so it was not a surprise when it was time to check out. I highly recommend them and will only be taking my pet here in the future!

Got my kitten spayed this week for a reasonable cost, but with exceptional service. All of the doctors and staff that I encountered were incredibly friendly and helpful, and I felt very comfortable leaving my kitten with them for surgery. Everything went smoothly and she was home within hours acting like nothing had happened to her. I would definitely recommend Sand Lake if youre in the Onalaska/La Crosse area

VCA Sand Lake took our puppy in when we needed a vet. We called other places and Sand Lake is the only one that was willing to get us in right away. As new dog owners, they make us feel comfortable and informed. We will continue to drive the 30 minutes it takes to get there instead of the one down the street because they were there when we needed them the most.
