I had an appointment at 10:45am, so I arrived at 10:15 just in case I needed to fill out paperwork and of course, to be courteous (because being late shows zero respect). Finally at 11:30 I walked back up to the receptionist and asked how much longer...she did not realize the time so she called back to the nurse. The nurse said she could get me back now, but I would not be able to see the Dr. for another 20-30 minutes. Really!!?? This is the 1st time you are going to tell me you are running 75-90 minutes behind is when I ask how much longer. It is now time to look for a new Primary Physician. Just curious Dr. Burg & nurses...what would happen if I made a 10:45 appt and then just show up at Noon!?? Exactly!

I have been seeing Dr Burg for a little over 2 years and Ill have to say that he is the best doctor I have ever had. He listens to my feelings and never rushes me. He always makes sure that we go over any concerns and talks to you like a friend. Sometimes it can be hard to make an appointment with him because he can get busy, but its definitely worth the wait. I couldnt trust anyone else but him.

Dr. Burg has been my only doctor so far (Im 23 years old). But I wouldnt want to switch because I know itd be difficult to find another as good as him. Hes very kind and really makes it a friendship rather than an appointment. I feel very comfortable talking with him and I know he cares about my well being. Definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a physician!

Dr. Burg is a wonderful physician. He truly cares about his patients health and well being which is hard to come by these days. His wait times are no more than any other doctor. He is attentive and gives you his full attention. I couldnt imagine going to anyone else, he is just that good.
