Needed to have another potassium check and went here on recommendation of my wife who said it was uncrowded, efficient and pleasant. On this date (3/14/17) the help was pleasant but the place was jammed and it was anything but efficient. It took 25 minutes just to hand in my blood order and when I asked about wait time I got the idea it could be a very long time. I decided this wasnt for me and took back my lab script. I got an apology about the confusion and office backup. It seems that the former stand alone lab has been combined with radiology and possibly other services which has obviously caused issues. This visit was irritating.
