The doctors are fine. Ill actually miss Mireles. But they have to many patients and understaffed. I was told to go to the e.r. because they couldnt see my very sick son. . they need a bigger office if they ever get that Ill return. My oldest was a patient for 4 years he will be missed but when I call and need a doctor I dont want to go to three urgent care clinics in place of my pediatrician

They were better 15 years ago before they joined with Nemours or became more well known now its like they dont even know who you are. Even though my family has been going there for over 15 years. They lost there personal interest in the familys that go there. After 15 years im sad to say i will be finding a new doctor. Im tired of feeling like a stranger everytime i take my kids.

Horrible doctor. Didnt care about my child. I was explaining the health issues she has since it was our first visit and he couldnt care less. He talked to the TV the entire time with an attitude. The wait was horrible and once in he was trying to rush us out. I changed doctors that same day. I would not recommend Dr. Alfonso Mireles to any parent.

I love Dr. Mireles and his staff. My sister recomended him to me as my 2 neices go there, and I have taken my son since he was about 2. He is now 8 and we still go there. I also take my daughter to him as well now. I wll go there until they are old enough for a regular prmary care doctor!

I love Dr,Mirales... Hes a great pediatrician, hes been great for me , my daughter aaliyah loves him, hes very kind n sweet to her and hes been there since my she was born.. I think hes a great pediatric doctor...

While Dr. Mireles is nice, personable, and knowledgeable, his staff and the employees at the facility are poorly trained, rude, give false or misleading information, and simply do not care.

Dr and his stuff are great every time we went there. I have 3 kids non of them is afraid there. Its always happy visit.
