I recently joined Lifetime Fitness Center. After a sudden shoulder injury, my orthopedic doctor recommended some shoulder exercises with resistance bands. I had never used resistance bands before and was hesitant about returning to the gym and exacerbating the shoulder condition. Dave, one of Lifetimes exercise physiologists, spent time with me, explaining how to use the bands, supervised me using them and encouraged me. After my workout that day, my shoulder already felt better! The staff at Lifetime is experienced, knowledgeable and pleasant. The fitness center is clean. Lifetime has met and exceeded my expectations.
