I saw Dr. Amber for acne treatment. First, the front office staff are very nice and helpful. Also, there is only a short new-patient questionnaire. There is little wait time; I was brought in right at my appointment time. Then, I met the friendly nurse/assistant who brought me in and asked me a few questions, and then she got the doctor. Dr. Amber is very nice and was able to go into detailed explanations. She also offered the cheapest treatment right off the bat, which is helpful for a college student like me. She was able to give me an estimate of the cost and told me what to do if it was not covered by my insurance. Checkout was a breeze. I did not spend more than 30 minutes there. Within an hour, I recieved a message from my pharmacy that my prescription was filled. I was pleased with my experience and will be going again.

After several years being treated by Dr. Smithberger MD I can say with absolute certainty she is the best in the business. She is very patient, knowledgeable, caring, and professional. Her office staff is always helpful and goes above and beyond. Her office atmosphere is very relaxing while you wait (if you wait at all). Her nursing staff is extremely knowledgeable and professional as well. Surely after so many years you would think there would be at least one issue or something, but this office staff, nurses, and Dr. Smithberger are always on point. I have never been disappointed. I also believe Dr. Smithbergers skills and decision making abilities are second to none. Shes saved my life countless times. A++++

Appt was 4/21/17 at 2pm because i did not want the full skin treatment therapy. The DR had already entered the room annoyed. Tells me to sit down, why she never examined me at anytime just leaned against the counter. What was the problem i was professionally dressed with Humana insurance and got treated like a 2nd class citizen. How much money did you bill my insurance to prescribe me a cream and the co payment of 30 dollars. Never again.
