If your healthcare coverage allows you to go anywhere else, you should. Scheduling practices are shady, receptionists are instructed to lie to patients about why they need a multitude of "annual evaluation" visits within weeks of each other. Appointment wait times are incredibly long. Theyre consistently overbooked. More than a few times theyve booked appointments that they dont tell me about until they call for the reminder. The doc is nice but thats the only redeeming quality.
