Was trying to find a PCP. Chose this office because I was looking for a D.O. and they were listed on my insurance website as having a D.O. I never saw a D.O. Visited this office twice, first time I waited 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment to be seen, second time, 30 minutes. On 2nd visit, was asked by the doctor why I was seeing him today. Apparently he hadnt looked at my chart. When I called to say I was having some side effects with the prescribed medication, no one returned my calls. When I finally did get someone on the phone I had to speak to receptionist, couldnt speak to a nurse or doctor. When I asked to be called back, no one ever returned my call.

The service is absolutely the worst I think Ive ever experienced. The past three visits I have waited a minimum of an hour and a half. Other times I have wait a total of three hours just to be taken back to get my vitals!!! The staff has no clue what they are doing & they are unfriendly. Additionally, I started seeing a doctor who I ended up liking and getting to know and during my last visit he told me.he was leaving the group. There was no notice given by the group about the doctors resignation and the two other doctors only spoke spanish. This establishment is the WORST!!! I would never recommend this group to anyone.

This office does not have professional ethics. The office manager has no credibility. Enters the room without asking permission . Yells employees in front of the patients. The waiting time is horrible, the staff never know what they have to do. I do not understand how a medical office is working with so many bad things. I will not recommend to anyone to be treated medically in this facility. Your health will be in danger. Dont waste your time, health and money going there. Es un sitio deprimente tanto para los pacientes como para los empleados. Deberian de verificar internamente que sucede. Gracias!!!

Cypress location is horrible. I waited 3 hours one day with both my children to be seen. After 2 hours I just let my kids scream and act out because I figured at that point the Dr staff deserved that. That was the first and absolute last time I went to Cypress location.Now lets talk about Memorial Hwy location. they are fantastic!!!!! I really wish I could give them a 2nd review cause they deserve 5 stars. Its like night & Day with both locations. I definitely recommend Memorial Hwy location.

Having Humana(x) I was forced to choose this provider, because none else want to take it, for the life of me I cant figure out how this people are in business, maybe they are good doctors, but the general operation of the office is a nightmare, they do not do they job period...they do not answer calls, they do not do flow-up, they do not follow up faxes from doctors,, in general avoid the place!!!!!

I dont get this...I love this place but then again I always make people feel welcome in my space first and foremost Finally getting medicare and I cant wait to re-reg with them. I have never been treated so well.

Waited over 3 hours to see the doctor. N when I do they tell me last min she dont speak English and I had 3 nurses translation 2 me. Just wrong
