I have been going to Oak Street Health since they opened. I can understand that some may have difficulty with the staff, but they continue to get better and better as they mature and get better acquainted with their patients. For who they are and what they do for the community I applaud them and the total services that they offer. Yes, they might be understaffed to answer phones within the first four rings, but have you ever tried calling Loyola, Northwestern, St. Josephs etc..? I waited 45 minutes today for scheduling at Loyola Medical Center. So if that is the only complaint that one may have good luck with that.! I can only speak on the wonderful and kind service I have gotten from Oak Street Devon Avenue Health Center. However, not that I havent had a difficult time with one of the "Professionals". I just requested that they change the person off my charge. Problem solved. You cant always get along with everybody. So dont damn the place. They serve a huge hole in the community and I am glad that they are here.

Jan Neville the care coordinator is very unprofessional; judgemental and loves to scrutinize and stigmatize you to her colleagues co- workers. A lil gossip mongler. Worst flake ever. They dont believe in patient and doctor confidentiality. Goodluck to the rest of you unprofessional doctors, staff and employees. Dont ever come to this hospital, like black sheep the choice is yours.

Never answered phone call......... I called 5 times in a row since 11:20am today (06/13/16), was either being hung up on or automatically disconnected after waiting for 3-4 mins... Worst Oak Street Health ever! :(
