In Feb I was told I need and ercp. It is now July if any one suffers with pancreatitis knows how I feel daily. I have called his nurse Tina to see if we are any closer to a date to have this done. I can not work as a cna, because bending and lifting makes me sick.I spend most of my day wishing and praying I could just throw up. Water or anything makes me sick. I was told I could go to er, my thought behind that I have to go through yet another dr to try and get help. So I said no I will wait, but please tell me why its July and we are no closer to a date. I dont even get calls back. So when you decide on this Dr I will tell you he was nice, but if your sick be ready to suffer. No one should suffer this long, no hospital is this busy that from Feb 26 to todays date of July 19. A bad pancreas is a nightmare to live with,trust me I have lived with if for years. To busy working to take care of kids but now I cant do that. Not to even get a call back is sad,all I want is a little help. Let me tell you this Dr patted me on my back and said I can help you, when when can I get help when please do as you said you could do help me.

I only met the doctor once and he was nice; however my overall experience with his office was disappointing and I would never, ever visit them again. I did two procedures (colonoscopy and capsule) and it took me over three months to get a final word on my conditions. Right after the first procedure on October 15 and all the way to Jan 25, I called numerous times for the test results. I was promised each time to be called back but never was called back. Yes, holidays delayed things, but it seemed the office was seriously short of staff, or they just didnt know what they were supposed do. I really thought they might have lost my test results and just made up one for me in the end. Im very, very disappointed. If I had cancer, I would have died already during their unbelievably slow process.

Ive been going to Dr. Ahmed for about 10 years. Ive never had one insurance problem, Ive always been treated well and Dr. Ahmed is very attentive and thorough. Ive had several procedures here and love the quick turnaround in the surgery center vs. going to the hospital.

We will be looking for another Dr. Not happy how the billing dept submitted the claim to our insurance. Warning to all once you have a tiny pollop your next colonoscopy will not be a basic screening so your insurance wont take care of it at all.
