If you miss an appointment they try and make you pay for it anyway which is a real drag. They use this awful latex mouth shield thing that clamps around the tooth they are working on. Sometimes they cant get it in place for several tries and then they use floss to jam the latex barrier between the teeth they arent working on. The Hygenist does a very poor job compared to the thorough job that Dr. Smyths office does. Dr. Zacchi is super friendly and nice and seems very professional, but I wish she payed more attention in her dental training. I had a filling done and it was not right so I had it redone. After the third try at fixing the problem no charge, she wanted to make me pay to have the adjacent tooth fixed instead, thats where I had to draw the line and look for a new Dentist. Also kids braces are super expensive and they charge for mandatory pre braces consultations...

If you miss your appointment for any reason, youve got to wait for weeks to months to be rescheduled. Parking is terrible.The waiting room is always PACKED. The ortho is good, the office staff is ok, but the financial lady is incredibly rude. All in all, if I had a time machine, I would have gone somewhere else for my kids braces.
