Booked an appointment for an endoscopy consultation over a month out in Feb. Called later in the month to see if any cancellations might have made it possible to move up my appointment, since the medical issue was getting worse. I was told they could bump the appointment up several days. Thanked them for doing so. Received a voicemail later that month indicating that my new appointment had now been cancelled, due to Doctors being out of office. Rescheduling would now require booking two months out, to June. Called my primary care to request urgent referral, and was told that Lowell GI Consultants had informed them that I had now cancelled two appointments, and would have to pay a fee for cancelling any more, even though THEY were the ones who had cancelled, not me!! I was also informed that they had shared this mis-information with the other GI specialist in the local area. Very poor customer service/organization as far as booking is concerned. Suggest looking elsewhere, despite lack of local options.

Excellent care, excellent practice. Dr Marinelli was professional and caring. In fact he called me from his vacation to give me my test results and counsel me on my next step. Very pleased with the care I received. The office staff was excellent as well.
